Loved this place at one time. But sliding on some quality. How do you serve burnt patties. Dry black.. crunchy.. slipping .. at $4 each ordered 2. I could have got better at dollar tree.

Sooo soo good! Worth every dollar. The people behind the counter work so hard and it shows. They also had music going so the vibes were nice 🙂 great prices too! 10/10

Wow!!! Not wanting to trust reviews especially that was posted within 6 hours of me visiting. Only came here my location didn’t have curry chicken . Very big mistake!!! I’m so disappointed hard crunchy rice flavor not what I’m use to. Does Kasbah Chicken okay Yes they give you alot of food. I rather take quality over quantity.

We came here to see if the reviews lived up to the hype and it did lol. The oxtails were full of flavor and the curry chicken was good, but not better than the oxtails. I LOVED their rice and beans that

It was alright for me. I got the brown stew and I gotta say the flavor is absolutely there, but the chicken was very dry. Great portion of food, but I thought I got too much rice.

As a Jamaican I use to love coming here for good authentic tasting Jamaican food. However, I visited this place yesterday and I have to say it will be my last. I swear these guys sold this place or just turn it over to cooks that just can’t cook Jamaican food. The rice has lost its natural coconut and good flavors. It tasted like I was eating a bowl of sugar. The fried chicken was greasy and lacked flavor as well. Buyers be ware! Service was just ok but food straight up nasty and over priced! This is no longer Jamaican food! I will miss the real Hungry Joes

Best Jamaican food ever. Better than any I’ve had, even in Jamaica. I’m from NYC and Hungry Joe has them beat. The chicken soup was superb; I still dream about it. We will be back to LA in August and are stopping there once we leave airport. First stop even before our hotel!!!

Hungry Joe’s is a good option for Jamaican food. I had jerk chicken with ox tails. My meal had more rice than I could eat. The jerk chicken had just the right amount of spice for me. The ox tails tasted good but had more fat than I like. The employees were nice and helpful but didn’t seem to want me to make substitutions. The center is small. Parking can be an issue if it gets busy.
