Having been without hungry howies since I was a teenager, I ordered it twice during my stay in Crystal River from this location and another nearby. And when I tell you that there was a night & day difference between the taste and quality of the food…. Wow! I was disappointed by the other location that I almost didn’t order it again, but needed something fast. I’m glad I ordered from this location.

Service was terrible went in for a door dash and the manager a young female was rude and unhelpful! 4 employees in the building 3 standing around and 1 cooking. Stated that the door dash orders weren’t coming threw when really her crew member told me that they just forget to check the computer because they don’t just show up anymore. I personally will never go there with the way she treated me!

Fantastic pizza! Service was great. They even got our order correct… a rare thing these days. Lots of food for the money. The pizza was the best pizza we have had in a very long time. The salad was of good quality (the tomatoes may have been locally grown – they sure looked like it…beautiful color and thick cut…yummy). It was so good we plan on trying a meatball sub before we head back to Texas. I wish we had a Hungry Howies back home.

I was overcharged for my pizza by $6.00 and they refuse to give my money back or do anything about it except rip off the consumer which is ME! Terrible customer service and management. Make sure to check your receipts, workers are changing tip amounts and overcharging the customers.

The price is keep going up and up and up and up and every time you order somehow the prices get even more expensive almost every time I get takeout by the time it comes to my house there’s usually a 25% up charge that has nothing to do with the price I agreed to. They didn’t used to charge top dollar prices.
