I recently ordered carryout online. Picked up about 30 minutes after and it was FRESH! Got it home and immediately everyone went in! The food was good, the people were friendly and professional. If i could rate zero stars i would. I made an online order at 9:54pm for delivery. We received a call from the store at 10:48pm to say they cancelled the order with the excuse of “the driver left”. Then we received another to say that the order wasnt cancelled, that the driver was going to be a “little” late. It has been an hour at this point. We finally received our delivery at 11:30p. Needless to say our pizza was cold. This store is only about 2 miles from my house. We called the store to speak with the “manager”. We did ask for a refund. Our delivery was over 90 mins and our food was cold. The receipt was printed at 10:14. The manager was not helpful and was rushing off the phone because they were closing up. She Would Not refund us. Only offered a free pizza. There was no apology or anything. This is absolutely unacceptable service. Why would i order from you again. No thank you. Absolutely ridiculous. We have gone to hungry howies for many years. I will definitely rethink going again especially since this is how loyal customers are treated. So NO, I would not like a free pizza. I would like refund. Asap.

Orderes a maui pizza online for delivery, receive a plain pizza, called them letting them know about the mistake they made, the put me on hold fot like 5 mins, a rude lady answered all she said was “i can’t do anything about it, i go by my screen” … really? Not even a sorry? That’s how you treat your customers. As customer service this place is horrible. The way the talk to their customer is so improper and the tone of voice make everything worst. Never again order from this place

If I could I would give them a zero. Vary rude when they make mistakes and vary unprofessional when dealing with customers. Asked for a refund or replacement for pizza they messed up on and they said they would not do anything but still took the pizzas back and left me with no pizza and no refund. Do not use these disgusting people for business! Get pizza Hut or Papa John’s much better quality and staff.
