Was told the delivery driver came to hotel and knocked on door. Front desk said no one came for a delivery. Receive notice ordered cancelled. Re ordered and was called and told they can not redeliver. That is another reason to not use Hugry Howie’s.

Pizza is always amazing and love the flavored crust pizza! I order online and pick it up, and all staff are extremely friendly and nice, quality of food is always great, typically go a couple times a month and love it, online there is a Cuban pizza I have always wanted to try but it hasn’t been available, I haven’t checked with staff but super nice I ordered pizza, wings, bread and a drink and almost forgot my soda from the fridge but before I left, they reminded me, love the quality, integrity and friendliness of the people there. Really great pricing, deals and quality definitely prefer this over bigger franchises like dominos and papa John’s.

I love their subs and pizza but this location on 34th St N, the staff didn’t wear gloves to prepare the food. I watched a young man make multiple using just his bare hands and not wash them at all. If I had seen this before I ordered my sub, I would have left. Nobody had on hairnets either.

I ordered and picked up the new taco pizza and it’s my fault for not looking at until I got home. It was thin crust like I ordered, but all that was on it was refried beans, taco meat and cheese. They left off the fresh lettuce and diced tomatoes. I was under the impression by the website picture the cheese was to go on top of the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. I was looking forward to something new and made correctly. I was extremely disappointed!

Set to have a pizza and wings delivered at 7, since my boyfriend doesn’t get off till 7, it was delivered 20 minutes early. When I called I was told it was better that way since they were busy.. so now when he gets home the pizza is going to be soggy and cold. I was told it wouldn’t be soggy and it was better to deliver it early rather than late… she offered no solution, no apology, and just kept saying I went with my judgment, it shouldn’t be soggy.. who wants a cold soggy pizza… it was set for a specific time for a reason…

They wanted us to take the time to go back and pick up the correct order .. talk about horrible customer service.. too cheap to pay the driver.
