This is what I opened when I got home. A plain cheese pizza. How do you mess that up? Why did this make it into the box? Why not apologize for the wait and make a new one? I would have rather that than driving up there for this. especially on a $50 order. I gave you two stars because the other pizza was great.

Last 3 or 4 orders,each time they messed up the toppings and crust flavor. Used to be a great place years ago. Now the quality is trash. The staff is in the back goofing off and can’t even complete orders properly.

The staff is hot or miss, but I’ve had a few exceptional experiences here with either the manager or owner and couldn’t ask for better. The foods consistently good from this location and my special requests are usually honored. I tend to go out of my way to head to this location over any other hungry Howie’s.

Ordered a pizza with Cajun crust. When it’s done, no Cajun crust. Brought it to their attention and they “fixed” it by dumping a ton of Cajun all over the pizza. This place is garbage!

Ordered a pizza with 2 toppings and 8 wings, it Took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food after we called the store twice and talk to someone who said they were a manager. Food was lukewarm had to heat it in our oven, We should have gotten a phone call from them if something was wrong, And really should have been compensated for it We have ordered from them for years now it has changed, we will think twice about ordering from them again. On the receipt it has an email address that, Said it was an invalid email address.

I order the large spicy chicken salad lastnight and it was nasty horrible first off all the chicken was really cold wasn’t even spicy and the black olives tasted like pickles I ordered extra chicken it’s like y’all’s chicken was from a store like cut up spicy chicken patties from Winn Dixie or something nothing tasted right with it it literally made me sick!!!!
