Ordered a 2 topping pizza with ranch flavored crust. Picked up pizza at 1015pm. After getting home & started to eat realized their was no flavor on the crust. Called next day due to store hours. Was told that flavored crust was a free option & at the end of the night they clean the bottles so it’s unavailable. Seriously this was said to me. If this was strangely the case why not mention it to me when ordering? Spoke to manager Vicky & was offered a free soda. I explained to her I still have the uneaten pizza minus 1 slice & would like it remade. She refused saying because it was the next day she could only offer a free soda. Just fortunate theirs a Marco’s, Dominos, Freddy’s & another pizza place just as close by because this place is horrible. They use to be 5 stars

They told us drive thru only after 9pm. It was only 8:30pm. Had us driving around this convoluted parking lot. There’s no signage for how to access the drive thru. Just got back home and realized they got the order wrong too. How do you mess up a pepperoni pizza?

The lady working there idk her name it’s like haley or something… she was the rudest lady. She was hardly focused on the customers and more focused on all the boys back there and giggling. Made me feel uncomfortable and like i was interrupting something when I walked in and the service was super slow! Never coming back

First off, I ordered at 942pm for online delivery. We got our order at 1037 which was less than an hour, however, they use door dash. So the driver left my pizza on the front porch, which I didn’t get the text until 10:51pm because of the bad reception out here in Ruskin. Moving on, I received all 3 of my pizzas burned and uncut! What type of silliness is that? I left the driver a tip because i preordered online. They will not refund my order because they say they have a same day policy, but the store was closed last night when I attempted to call, so I called first thing this morning. The manager would not refund my items, but wants me to get a store credit?!?! I cannot believe that!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give them a 0, I would. Terrible location, they treat their customers horribly, like they don’t even matter & are so rude. Pizza is made wrong all the time. They wouldn’t honor the coupon corporate sends out in my rewards account, even though it has their address listed on the coupon & was valid. They try and separate themselves from corporate and take no responsibility for their online presence. Customer Service has gone out the window. If it wasn’t for the customers they wouldn’t have a business and that fact has been lost with this location and it was a manager that I was supposedly dealing with which speaks volumes, because that mentality always trickles down to the employees. Then we got home and one of our pizzas was wrong and they weren’t even hot.

Decent fast food type pizza. The Howie cheese bread with pepperoni is awesome but know this it is very fattening but then again who said pizza was a health food. Anyway. Very fast service. I highly recommend getting sesame seeds on the crust. I know it sounds a little crazy but give it a shot. It’ll be very pleased. Very tasty.

Horrible Customer Service! We got our pizza completely wrong tonight and the manager said he wanted the pizza back and it’s a Friday night and starving. So instead of eating the pizza that they did wrong he wanted us to wait another hour for another pizza. We have been ordering from them for 5 years and this is the last time.
