The food is always good. I marked the service to 4 stars because they’ve had some difficulty with organizing online orders in the past for window pick-up. Delivery has been on point, though. Atmosphere is what you’d expect from a quick pizza stop.

Placed a take out order on phone for the Wacky Wednesday special, a large cheese pizza for $7.99. It was pretty good for a chain restaurant. Decent amount of cheese, sometimes pizza places are skimpy on the toppings. The only thing wrong was I requested a sesame seed crust and it barely had any on it.

Ordered at drive-thru window. Was told 2 park it would b about 1/2hr. After almost 45 mins,I returned 2 window n asked about my order. Girl had 4gotten about it!! She quickly brought it to the window,was very apologetic. Gave me a 2 liter of soda 4 the imposition. That was nice! Food was great! Although I did have 2 heat it up when I got home. Still good!!

It’s been years since I’ve had HH and I was excited to find one. Unfortunately, it’s just not like Hungry Howie’s back home. It looks the same, but smaller and tastes nothing like what it used to be. It wasn’t bad, just disappointing. Service was slow, but not bad.

I’ve ordered from here many times before, however I cannot believe how bad it has been the past few times. I don’t know what is going on with this business but this last time around, I ordered a regular thin crust pizza and they deliver the wrong one. I have to add that the girl who answered the phone was super miserable, which says a lot because the employees act according to the managers. She was barely listening to my order, which is why the order was wrong in the first place. I had to callback and place a reorder since it was completely wrong, it was even wrong in their system when she rang it up… only for them to not only the first time around send it through door dash, but do the same thing around, even though they offer a delivery…

Typically happy with the customer service of this location, but felt the need to post this shortly after receiving our pizza 30 minutes late. Not only was the pizza late with being only 5 minutes away, the boxes were crushed to the point that the grease soaked through and was visible on top of the box. 1/2 pizzas were cut, and the delivery guy appeared to be stoned out of his mind. Tasted like I just bought pizza from a gas station that was sitting under the heat lamp for 2 hours. Pretty disappointing experience this go around.

A pizza place shouldn’t charge you extra for bacon on your pizza. Should be included with all other free toppings! Not to mention when we got our pizza’s, It was more like bacon bits then bacon toppings and very scarce on all the toppings every time we order. I remember now why we stopped getting their pizza. My advise. Order elsewhere!
