We had our food delivered.. they messed up our pizza. When we called, they told us we must return the pizza to receive the one we ordered. It took almost a hour and half for them to deliver the first pizza. It was after 9 pm, we said it would take too long for them to deliver us the right pizza. They said they would not give us credit for another pizza. Frank raised his voice and they hung up on him. When you spend $55.00 on a pizza and breads you don’t expect to get treated like they did you a favor by allowing you to buy a Pizza. The staff, GM and Owners are Karen’s. No customer service, poor quality and poor attitudes by staff. Do not support this store since they do not care about their customers and they are proud of their anti-customer attitude they will tell you they don’t care, because they have too many customers and to many pizzas to make. Do yourself a favor call the other stores in Deltona or Orange City for a pizza, or order from a different store that cares about the quality of their food and you.

They discounted our pizza, because they had a better coupon than the one I had online. Unfortunately the pizza made us all sick. Has to be a cooking or holding temp issue with the sauce/dough. Definitely wasn’t good.

Quality of the pizza is still good but when ordered, I was quoted a hefty price! In shock, I asked why was the prices so high, I was then told that they could add a $5.00 discount to my order. In order to get the $8.99 advertised price, a $5.00 coupon has to be used….I am still confused but it is still my favourite pizza.
