This store will not give the managers name over the phone and they will charge you for toppings they don’t carry. Even better they won’t give you your money back unless you catch the error while you are there. You have to wait another day to get your money back if you use your card because they can not refund it to you unless a manager is on duty. Never have I ever had such a rude pizza place.

I’ve had issues here I’m paying $22 for a large chicken ranch pizza and hey 6 pieces of chicken on it and the I order again on another day I get the pizza no ranch and cold I would give a zero if I was able to unfortunately it was not an option

If i could give 0 stars i would. Every few months i come down to madison to visit my family and everytime i come down im always having an issue with person or with a restaurant. Well i decided to stop by hungry howies to pick up my order that i made online and come to find they so happened gave my order out by mistake. So they told me they had to remake well no problem. Few moments went by and the young guys more like kids in the kitchen were just goofing around the whole time …they finally brought my food out well this time they were missing my cheese sticks and i had no pepperoni on my pizza so they had to remake it AGAIN !! I was beyond over it . Idk where the heck the manager was.

Never waste your money here. Ordering on the phone is through a call center in India. Could not understand to order. Ordered a veggie pizza. It was covered in olives. Google it store! Olives are Fruit! First and LAST visit to HH.
