We really love this place. The pizza is consistently wonderful. We get the same thing every Friday night. My kids talk about pizza night all week. The flavored crust is the kicker. Without it, the pizza is still better than Pappoe’s or Domijohns. With it, the pizza is exponentially better. Tilia is also a very friendly person to deal with on a regular basis.

It was supposed to be half pineapple and ham and the other half ham Pepperoni and sausage and the other pizza was ham Pepperoni and sausage there was little to no ham and the day before the pizza was made perfectly when they remade the pizza it tasted funny as if someone did something to it are spit on it this the first time I had to deal with something like this

I come here often and get the same thing over and over cause it’s always good. Thin crust, two-toppin, medium pizza with a flavored crust. All for 8 bucks and some change after tax. I walk in, I order, I walk out with a delicious pizza 10 to 15 mins later.

I would give this place no star if it was an option! We ordered the Hawaiian style pizza with Everything crust and got it with cinnamon crust, gross!! AND it was delivered to the wrong house! Not only was the order completely messed up but when I called to let them know I was greeted with an attitude, as if I’m inconveniencing them and no apology. Was told that they needed the pizza back and it’ll be an hour! Worse experience I’ve had in a while!

We, while not frequently, have long ordered by phone from this location. Tonite, I was told to order on-line or in person. I asked my husband what else he might want for dinner, as neither of those options suited me. He said he would go. He ordered 3 pizzas, all thin crust. Told order taker twice. We got 3 pizzas, all thick crusts. 3 pizzas for almost 58.00. We are done here.

After 20 years of ordering pizza from this location over other competitors. I will never place another order at this location. I called to place our families Regular order and they told me they could not accept my phone in order. I would have to place it online or walk in. Part of the reason we have continued to buy from Hungry Howies is because it is easy to call and place the order from your car. I know other pizza places that will be glad to still take my pick up order by phone. If you think your service was bad before , it just hit rock bottom.

i hate to be one to complain.. especially working im fast food, but i ordered from them twice in the same day.. the first time was delivered by doordash ( i dont know why, ive never used doordash ) and was given to the wrong person, so i was refunded the first time after being on hold for 20 minutes.. second time i ordered i sent it to my home which the driver called 7 times while i was at work so i was unable to answer. texted me and said “waited there for 7 minutes and no one answered” ( which i scheduled the pizza to be delivered when my boyfriend got home , and last time i ordered it took 45 minutes to be delivered ). my boyfriend got home right after he left and took the pizza with him back to the store. this will be second time i was refunded today.. the pizza was already paid for so they could have left it on the porch for us so it would be there when he got home in less than 5 minutes.. again i really hate to complain and try to understand as i know fast food is not easy as some other jobs.. but this made us not want to order from this location again, especially having it delivered.
