I placed an order it takes an hr. Mark who was apparently all by himself couldn’t tell me when I was gonna receive my order ĥe didn’t know how to cancel and do a refund. He just knew how to take a phone call and place an order I will definitely be stopping by to get my refund

I’m absolutely appalled with the service of this location. Would NOT recommend. I ordered a pizza and a sub. I live in a complex and could not track it because there was something wrong with the website. And I didn’t want it to be delivered to the wrong door.

I have no idea how people that are complaining about delivery, ill speak from a first hand experience. I would recommend this place, the pizza is nothing like northeastern pizza – its more equivalent to dominoes but better. Their subs are not traditional subs and more like a calzone. They spelled toilet wrong on the sign explaining not to use it, however when we were there the “clogged” toilet was not so clogged when the staff went in there and flushed it.

Love the subs, yet this town the service is hit or miss so if you decide as your out spur of the moment you would like to place an order and the web page(app) won’t pull up you have no choice yet to call it in or just go home without yet the special pricing is for online items only so that will definitely be the make or break decision of placing an order. Yesterday I purchased a Howie Special & I was expecting a tasty enjoyable pizza, however what I got was a tasteless dry pizza with hardly any of the ingredients like it was showing in the picture. It was as if everything that was supposed to be on top of the pizza disappeared into it. It had to be the worst pizza that I ever ate. Management was not interested in what I had to say about my disappointment in their product.

For my lunch I get a hour, Gabe at this location understands that needing it fast and fresh. He handled my order at the register, gave me the lunch deal without me asking for it and made my pizza to perfection!!! I eat at a lot of places, and customer service is hard to come by sometimes. Gabe and this Hungry Howies made the experience a pleasure.
