I always ask for let and tomatoes on side and always get them on it its ridiculous. Shouldn’t have to call that into the store to get that option which your Madison heights told me I had to do it’s a option for your subs for it on the side. And if you want extra if the cheese on the bbq flatbread dont give you the option gir mozzarella either which is on the bbq chicken flatbread if your stores dont honor it why make it a option

Wow- look at how many one star reviews you guys have. I guess I am not alone in my opinion that your customer service is absolutely horrendous. I spoke with Brandi about an ongoing issue here in Florida and she could absolutely care less – her answer is to tell you that each location is independently owned and operated, so I guess that is not corporate’s problem? Your corporate office is horrible and somebody really needs to take out the broom and clean house.

Well, you get a email saying food done and driver is being assigned. And you know that 30+minutes after the email, when you live 7 minutes away the foods going to be cold and soggy. Unfortunately, when I get treated like this, let’s say the Pizza Hut that is 2 minutes away hasn’t had an order from me in years, that is after they be giving free large pizzas makeup for the soggy pies, after a few failed orders. Let’s say fool me once shame on… well you know, no more fooling. My suggestion, is to get into the frozen pizza game, that way at least your flavor and style can stay in business in this competitive market of human errors.

We ordered a large pineapple and pepperoni pizza this evening and as soon as we opened the box, the pizza smelled weird. When we picked up the slice, and took a bite, the dough, sauce, cheese all tasted odd. I have ordered pizza from this location many times with no issues but this pizza is not edible. I called to ask if we could have store credit and they could come pick pizza up as we can’t eat it. I paid $7 for delivery and $4 tip. The manager said no and wouldn’t give me store credit so now I will fight the charges with my bank and will never order pizza from here again. There are plenty of pizza options in the area to choose from that I can spend $25 and actually eat. I am 7 months pregnant and very disappointed that me and my family do not have dinner now. Do not order from this location! Bad customer service and unsafe food.

What’s this world coming to. Call to Order a pizza from a mile from your house and you routed to a call center in India. Great way to disassociate your customers from your business. Let’s outsource jobs and strengthen other country’s economies while our is going down the drain. Untrustworthy companies in foreign countries with your personal information all to order a pizza. What the hell is wrong with this company.

First time: For whatever reason, I was unable to order through the HH app, so I had to call the Clawson, MI store. For $25/and some change, all I got was two, “no dough, but tons of sauce with miniscule ingredients”, RIPOFF bowls, a small pizza, and no credit for my order! Second time, same location: Pizza was undercooked, and it would have taken a microscope to detect any sesame seeds on the crust. Will not order from this location again! HH has gone down the toilet!

I want Hungry howie knows that they were 3 young ladies at the Almont, MI location last night. These 3 ladies gave us the best service in a long time and know how to take care of there customers. We think these 3 ladies should get some kind of gift cards from Hungry Howies for giving the best service to two disabled people. How many other Hungry Howie give disabled people a great service like these ladies did. Thank you for understanding and hope you tell the 3 ladies for doing a great job. Sincerely 2 disabled people

Without a doubt this company has got the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will take your money and never deliver your food. Good luck getting a refund because they will open a case to investigate and never call you back and then mysteriously lose all traces of you having ever called to begin with. After almost 20 years of being a loyal weekly customer I will be switching to Jets and making sure I tell anyone who will listen just what a horrible company this is.
