Placed my order over the phone 10:45am (Store opens at 10:30). Small hand tossed with sausage onions and mushrooms. I was given a time frame of 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. After paying for my order I was told my pizza would be right out. 5 minutes later I started trying to get the employees attention as I had already lost half of my 30 minute lunch break. He finally comes over and THEN he tells me they are out of onions. At this point I am flabbergasted that my pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet and demanded a refund. I have worked for several pizza places including Hungry Howies and I have never even fathomed service being this blatantly terrible. Now I get to drive back to work with no food to eat and dive right back into repairs on busses for the Higley school district on an empty stomach. Thank you so much for being so inconsiderate! Maybe learn how to come to work and actually do your job rather than screw around because you think you have all day to prep (ON A FRIDAY) and people like me that eat lunch at 11 don’t exist.

We ordered pizza from this place, our app stated “delivered” yet we never got our pizza. I called the location and the man chuckled and said he will send the driver back out to deliver the pizza. At this point, it’s already been an hour . I’m not sure if the app was messed up or what, but the customer service is so terrible. They couldn’t even give me a call if they did have any problem finding my address. I had to call twice to remind them to please deliver the pizza.

Pizza tasted good, but not impressed with the size and price. 12″ pizza is supposedly a large costing $19.00, an extra large is 14″ at a cost of $23. And the salad had bad lettuce.

So frustrated by this place. We have ordered form this restaurant many times before. My wife had surgery today so we decided to order in and let her relax. Made the order and got a call back almost immediately saying they were out of bacon. No problem, we made a substitution. Got a call 30 minutes later telling us that our order was complete, but we are outside of the delivery zone so we can either come pick it up, or they can refund us. As I mentioned, we have ordered here before AND we used the online system with our address and this is the same restaurant that THEIR system picked. Will not be using them again.

Pizza it’s good, customer service need more work, what’s the point of leaving a flyer with deals at my door if you guys are going to apply a different one. I explain the guy, give him the code number, offer to give it to the delivery guy and nothing work. (Choose any two for $5.99 and they give me MIX AND MATCH $11.98).

Driver only carried 20 dollars in change. Fine. My small pizza ended up costing 30 dollars. Then go inside to open it and this is what I find. Very dissatisfied with this.

We normally like Howie’s. We ordered on the app and the delivery time was 40 minutes (long, but not too awful). Two hours later, no pizza. HowieTrack had it On The Road for more than half hour. When I called the restaurant, I was told they were slammed and that they had the one driver who had our pizza with him. No apology, no compensation. Just excuses.
