Ordered deep dish and 3 cheeser bread. Pizza was how it was supposed to be. The Howie bread was terrible and I order it from there alot. The dough was flat and super dry. Asked for extra garlic herb seasoning, butter, Parm when I got home I noticed it was bad. When up for a remake and it was worse. Usually they are in point though.

Unfortunately Hungry Howie’s decides to use Every Door Direct Mailer (EDDM) Retail Service from the United States Postal Service. You can see this when the mail is not addressed and where the stamp is supposed to be located it indicates “EDDM RETAIL” on the bottom. This is unfortunately a service you are not allowed to opt out of and businesses can pay by the residential block to have USPS distribute flyers for them. Forcing a potential customer to remove unsolicited marketing trash from their mailbox, that again they are unable to opt out of, is not a positive experience. The only recourse for a consumer is to not use that business and write a review, which is what you see happening here.

On July 1st we placed an order and after more than an hour (estimated delivery was 40 minutes) we called for an update, to which we were told the store was waiting for Doordash to pick it up. They told us they could cancel the DoorDash order and we could come get it, but we decided to wait a little longer to see if DoorDash would pick it up. After 15 or so more minutes, we called back, and DoorDash still hadn’t picked it up, so we decided to go pick up our order. The manager(?) on duty told us he would hold the order and cancel the DoorDash pick up.

Food is always late because they use doordash and dont have drivers. So expect to wait 2 hours for a pizza. Won’t order from this location again. This has happened multiple times.

I tried to order online but the website doesn’t accept the order. So I called to place an order. They use an outsourced call center from another country to take phone orders. The outsourced phone agent literally is sitting on the website inputting the same information that you can on your own so they couldn’t take my order either because the website was having issues.

Waited 2 hours for delivery only to be rudely told on the phone by employee Shane that it was on its way didn’t apologize had to call 3 times to even talk to the employee as I was put on hold for 5-10 min each time and they weren’t even busy. If your going to outsource your delivery make it a good company
