Hungry Howies came highly recommended. Unfortunately, the customer service was horrible. We never got the pizza we ordered and when we called they said due to an address error we lost out on our money. They never attempted to call and see what the address was while trying to deliver and when we called they said there was nothing they could do. We could order again and spend the money again, but they would not refund us the money because they would be “screwed”. It was ok that we were out $55.00 on our end though. Very disappointed with how the customer service was and how they were not willing to help at all.

Hungry Howie’s used to be the place to go. I remember how their pizza used to be. The cheese used to fall and melt in your mouth. Now every time I have ordered I always end up calling to complaint and I hate doing that. So I stopped ordering from them. Today my kids were starving after a game so I decided to try my luck. A large stuffed crust with pepperoni and X-cheese. If you see the photo that was my pizza just crust, sauce and pepperoni. Xcheese on a hungry Howie’s used to be a glorious thing. Not any more.

Pizza is decent but the customer service is terrible. I ordered a pizza tonight and felt very disrespected with the service. Won’t be ordering from here ever again, I recommend you do the same.

Ordered a specialty pizza with wings last night at 5:30 pm. The young lady on the phone was unclear of how to take more order and I reminded her to charge me. I understand that everyone is currently understaffed and trying to maneuver through this rough time due to the pandemic, but my order never arrived and I was billed for it. I tried repeatedly for three hours after my original call to contact someone at the location and they just stopped answering the phone. The food has always been great and the delivery has never been an issue. Not sure what happened last night but it has definitely changed where I will be ordering my pizza from.

Dishonest bait and switch!! Got an ad in the mail and thought we’d try it. Ordered a mix and match special from the ad for Nov/Dec for $5.99 each item. Went to pick it up and they wanted $16+ for the order. When I questioned the price the manager told me prices had gone up. They got me into the store with an ad they weren’t willing to honor! The manager said, “thanks for understanding” and told me to get out! This is the last place on earth you want to eat!!!
