Ordered from these folks while in Battle Creek. Upon eating my pizza I quickly realized it wasn’t made properly. WAY TOO HOT. Their Italian Seasoning contains red pepper flakes…WHO KNEW it contained that many. The managers weren’t going to replace the meal but upon me returning all but ONE piece I threw out and a bit of an argument they replaced the pizza. I was very worried that upon arguing amongst themselves about who was going to hit their VAPE pen first; whether or not my food was safe. I was actually glad they at LEAST gave me that. 1: I’m not from that area and used a quarter of a tank of gas going there 4 times total.quick math @ 4.35 gal. Close to $20, which is what I paid for dinner. Let’s add time….25 min there and back each time (add accordingly) and stress of realizing I couldn’t feed that to my husband (I tried a slice, I was starving) so having to stop AGAIN and spend another $20 for dinner while on my way home from…..getting dinner. Quite disappointed. I understand people that scam or what not. But for God’s sake I had dang near a whole pizza PLUS the receipt people….Moral of story….treat the GOOD CUSTOMERS a little better. That’s why people return.!

We had to cut the pizzas ourselves, again. I ordered butter cheese and sesame crust and received Cajun crust. I was still being positive until I noticed the very dark HAIR in the box. Hungry Howie’s is our favorite pizza franchise. So hopefully they get their stuff together because we were disappointed the last few trips. Finally had to break down and write the bad review.

Got the Albion special. Garlic butter cheese crust with pepperoni, cheese, and bacon. Worked for HH many years ago and love their pizzas. Something a lil diff about these guys compared to others. B back soon.

I love Hungry Howie’s, but the Columbia Ave store in Battle Creek MI was just miserably made pizza. I lacked the proper amount of cheese and toppings it was uneven. Just not the quality of other stores I have been to. Next time I want pizza I will head to Marshall where I know their pizza is what it should be.

Their oven baked subs are delicious. The service was horrible. The worst I think o ever experienced. What was supposed to take 20 min took 45 min. They said they would bring it out to me in my car when it was done. I finally went back in & it was just sitting in the oven. I will never go back here again. The last 3 times I went it took longer than it was supposed to but this last time did me in. I love the subs but I dislike the service. This place will go under if they don’t get better management.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude employees. My sub was handed to me and it looked like a train ran over it!! No smiles. No thank you and nothing was polite about my time there. Not once but twice today it seemed like I inconvenience their day.
