Horrible service. Placed an order and told them to call me when they got to the hotel and I would meet them in the lobby as my family was at the pool. Waited an hour, seen a hungry howies car pull in the from the pool room. Went to the lobby to meet them, never received the phone call, went outside and no hungry howies car anymore. Called up there about 5 times before the rude person who answered would say something other than “hungry howies hold please”, they said the delivery driver tried to call. This was a lie. They said they would send them back. Waited another 10 min and no car. Called up there and cancelled the order. Hope I wasted their time as they wasted mine. Arby’s for the family dinner saver. Screw hungry howies. Never again.

Very, very disappointed in the ,’73 promo. The pepperoni is sliced sooo thin that it burns up in the oven. Heavy sauce dominates the flavor. The young staffer working the counter was very friendly and did his job well. That’s the only positive thing I can say. THUMBS DOWN!!!! Save your money and go down the road to Little Ceasar’s.

Whoever makes pizza 2-6 pm you’re a champ I love you to death. Now to the issue at hand – I ordered bbq wings for 10 dollars and instead of that they gave me original wings with bbq sauce on it. BBQ wings are bbq AND have bbq sauce on it. I didn’t pay for people to be so lazy

They have great pizza but every time I go there they have about 3 people working..at least one person is just chilling doing nothing…but I still have to stand there for 10 minutes for them to give me my pizza from the heater that’s already paid for. Smh lol

I havent had Hungry Howies in a long time and I really enjoyed it. They delivered to our hotel room, which was very convenient. Almost everything was perfect, except for the cucumbers on our greek salad. They were so old and transparent they could have been pickles. Not the end of the world because my wife doesnt like them, but I would have enjoyed them. I would still recommend them to anyone staying at the Baymont.

Yummy pizza! I’ve never had issues with this place until today, Valentine’s. I ordered 6 heart shaped pizza’s online for loved ones, with the impression that pepperoni was on it, as that’s what has been advertised. Hours later I spoke to my loved ones and realized they had no toppings, and the pizza was plain and not very appetizing. Called the location, they refused to assist, as it was “my fault” for not selecting pepperoni as the topping, and also for it being after some two hour limit for complaints. So I emailed the complaint department, and within an hour I received a full refund from the district manager. I wasn’t trying to get my money back, I just wanted an apology or maybe a coupon, but after getting no where with the location manager, that’s when I went further. Due to Hungry Howies district manager making this right, I will be back again, as they do make good pizza and I’ve never before had an issue with my orders. Thank you Tammy Dearing.
