Currently my favorite pizza in town. I usually go for buccillis but hungry Howie’s is very consistent. Always a reliable choice. The dough-less pizza is actually pretty good, just not what I expected. Their pizza, bread sticks, salad and doneless wings are always a reliable source of good food.

I originally called the person I spoke to didn’t seem to understand English I was going to have it delivered however again language barrier. I went up there to order the person working the counter was a bit rude. Did not know what a Detroit style pizza was I do not live in this area and will probably never order from here again.

Last time I use hungry howies here, they outsource phones calls and you can’t understand the operator. Everytime you place a order with bread sticks they never have pizza sause this is not the first time either and I placed my order a couple days in advance because I was hosting a party! Over it!

I tried to call in a order tonight and found out it goes to a call center. I could not understand the person on the other end of the phone and they had a very thick accent and spoke broken English. I ended up driving to the store and ordered in person. The young lady at the counter seemed like she wasn’t sure how to deal with customers and was kinda rude to the lady in front of me. When I went in to pick up my order after my 20 minutes was up I ask the different person at the counter what the direct phone number was there, he was a little short with me and said its our secret not yours. Then told me use the howie app. I don’t understand why they feel they need to use a phone service and we can’t dial direct to the store.. Have a person take orders at store and help out making pizza’s. That seems pretty simple.. I think I will go someplace else from now on.

I ordered wings, deep dish howie bread & a chef salad. The deep dish Howie bread was cold & there was NO salad with my delivery & I had asked for BBQ for my wings not Buffalo. I called directly to see what happened & the girl who answered the phone never apologized & said well I have 1 driver so when he gets back he can deliver it to you on his next trip out. So, cold bread, small wings eat that without your salad, your salad may be there within 45mins but no apologies, no offer to give me something additional at no charge, nothing. RIDICULOUS. So, my salad gets delivered later & NO UTENSILS, come on already!
