Check your bags and box before pulling away. We ordered bread and a bee sting pizza with sauces and didn’t get our sauces. The pizza was NOT COOKED all the way through to the point where WE HAVE TO FINISH cooking it. The whole POINT of takeout is not having to cook. Today defeated the purpose and I won’t be eating this chain for A LONG TIME. I can see why this pizza chain is losing stores. It’s not good and they clearly don’t pay their employees enough hourly because our entire order was a poo show. Super undercooked. Underwhelming and NOT GOOD at ALL. Do better. For 29$ I can do better at McDonalds and get WAY MORE.

First had an issue trying to place an order online. So I decided to call and place an order. I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, Caesar salad and drinks. They did not deliver the salad, and that is something I needed for a dietary restrictions in my home. They refused to come back and being us the salad. Getting a refund or a credit does me no good if I needed the salad for my daughter who has strict dietary restrictions.

Havent been to this location about three months now, and I’m not sure if I’ll give them any of my business. Its was BIG ordeal last time. I dont play about my food and I definitely dont play when it comes to my money. The workers here are rude and will cause you to lose you cool for their mistakes! Simply cant make an pizza or an SUB. Next time don’t HANG UP on no CUSTOMER when asked who is the store manager. I will be going to the Walled lake location instead.

Okay so I’ve been going to the Walled Lake hungry Howies now for some time. They’ve made some amazing changes. They Hired two girls that are amazing. And they haven’t messed anything up. Idk if it’s the new boss. But they have been hooking up the food and it is amazing! So for anyone I turned away from this store I apologize. They’re amazing now and I urge you to eat here! They will go out of there way to meet your needs and make you happy!!
