Food and ordering have gotten much better since they hired newer staff (I think the one girl is the new manager now). She is amazing and knows me (and my order) before I even walk in the door. Super polite staff, friendly, and open late. Food quality, taste, appearance, temperature are always on point regardless of walk in pickup or delivery.

They had a complete and utter fail Halloween afternoon/evening providing their customers with the most basic of service. So disappointing because we have been customers of this location in Walled Lake for 12+ years. We anticipated an extra wait (of course/it’s Halloween!) so ordered off the app. Not only did we wait 2.5+ hours for just some cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza, at pick up we received the wrong order and it was cold. Rock hard crust, no pepperoni and no side sauce. They were so backed up & so understaffed. They had one register open with one teenager running the front, while the rest of the “crew” yelled at eachother regarding order confusion or stood around folding boxes. I almost wanted to jump behind the counter to help her cause it looked like she was going to cry. I’m empathetic of the staffing shortage but the manager could/should have taken control of the complete SH_T show his front lobby was or stopped taking orders for an hour, took the phone off the hook, assigned another staff member to help at the counter (a runner) – whatever it would have taken to provide his existing customers with some decent service. It’s disheartening to have to find another pizza place but we will no longer give our money and business to this establishment. They obviously do not care about their customers.

0 stars of i could! I tried to get delivery to my work .3 miles away and they refused “we don’t deliver to there” I asked to speak to a Manger she said she was and said “my GM told us not to go there”. They are discriminating towards our business. I ever said I would tip really well and she flat out refuse said no with the worst attitude.
