There was only person who was working. Waited for almost for 10 mins even to be greeted. Food was cold and worst part was the crust was burnt. Nothing against the employee she was trying her best to keep the place running. It’s the owners who’ve to take responsibility for this. This place used to be my favorite but slowly not anymore. Last 3 times the sauce was lot.

My order was wrong. I called the store to try to get it fixed, the general manager Daesean was extremely rude and stated “i made the order just how doordash sent it over, take it up with them i’m not remaking anything”. When i asked to speak to his boss he stated “i am the boss and i said what i said goodbye” then he hung up in my face. I WOULD NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

This one usually has pretty good food. Let’s start with this location is about 5 minutes from me and im out of their delivery zone for whatever reason so I have to go through door dash. And last night I had ordered pizza and it took a while to get here, but that could have just been my doordash guy. When it arrived he told me that hungry Howie was supposed to call about our sauce with a gash through the top. I got an Asiago ranch crust and it tasted like they put way garlic (way too much, may I add) instead of ranch. I try to not complain because everyone is going through a hard time right now but in the same breath, they should be thankful to have customers that still keep them going through these kinds of times.

I will never come here again. Don’t get me wrong the supervisor Matt and the cashier Joseph and rest of the employees are very nice and has short wait time. Always show me my food before leaving. Always let me know how it takes to prepare and how long I have left before it’s done. Whenever I come here which has only been twice. They are very nice workers and handles my issue right away. Good customer service. But I order a small pepperoni and bacon pizza with butter and parmesan flavored crust. My cheese on my pizza was just about burnt. I just left it alone though . I ordered my wife a steak and cheese oven sub. It was hardly any meat on it and I forgot to say no mushrooms. That was my fault. And I talked to the supervisor Matt who assured me to come back the next day to fix my issue free of charge. I order the oven sub again and even added extra meat for my troubles . But the steak was old. Soon as you bite into it the meat as a order and when you smell it you can take it sat out all night. So I won’t ever return to this location again . Wish they food was as good as their customer service. That’s the only down fall about this place.

I tried their stuffed crust pizza with chicken and mushroom. It was good. But It is not the best though, I had better stuffed crust pizza. The pizza dough was soft and had enough sauce. It would have been better if the pizza had more cheese in the crust. IMO, the stuffed crust pizza should have generous amount of cheese otherwise, it does not taste that great. The curbside pick was real quick at this location.

I deliver doordash often and pick up from here frequently. Some of the best employees around. I wish I got more orders from here because of how great of service I get. I hope the owner pays these people well. They deserve a raise and then some
