I ordered a steak & cheese sub, requested lite butter and no mushrooms. Instead, I got what seemed like “extra” butter and it had more mushrooms than meat. It took 3 paper towels to soak up all the butter and since I don’t eat fungus I picked the Shrooms off and I swear I had like half a dozen little pieces of meat on the whole thing. Plus, last time I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and they put Buffalo wing sauce on it instead of BBQ sauce.

Food was great and service was amazing. I believe her name was Jenny. I came at a busy time and she was doing it all. She provided amazing customer service not only to myself but to several other customers while I was waiting for my pizza (which was delicious). She deserves a raise, bonus, some sort of recognition.

I ordered $86 worth of food. Both orders of chicken were undercooked and my bread was burnt. Not to mention my sauces were not sent and I paid for delivery. The manager on-site was rude. She said my the chicken was actually cooked and she claimed my order was voided my order and wanted me to repay for the order. I had to ask her numerous times to show me a receipt that says the order was actually voided. She finally provided a receipt but was rude as hell. Please do not go to this location.

I order through the store some how still got door dash? anyways I called the store soon as I placed my order I wanted to check it was rite and they hung up. I’ve called the last 25 minutes at least 13 times and every-time! it rings they pick up and hang up I’m pretty irritated what if my order isn’t rite I won’t be able to get through either way
