I ordered dinner tonight. Two pizzas, wings and some Howie’s cheese bread. I orders 2X Garlic and 2X Butter on each of them, got home and they’re bone dry.

We normally have a good experience, but tonight I ordered online, and had a coupon for the Howie Bread. The coupon was for a free one. When we got home and opened the box, the bread was burnt to the point we couldn’t eat it. I took a picture of it to show. How do you put bread in a box that looks like it was on fire to your customers?

Food was hot and on time, I did order online. I always order online and not ever have problems with order mistakes. Delivery person was very kind! I paid extra for anchovy … the attached picture should explain most of my sadness when it came to enjoying my order.

Never received my order , said money was refunded but nothing has been returned to my account. From the Waterford office on Dixie hwy. Called and they wanted me to pay them again. Had to order from someone reliable.

I love my local hungry Howie’s. I do doordash for them all the time and they are on point. I hardly ever have to wait for my deliveries. And they have me a coupon for a free small pizza yesterday. I was so hungry and it hit the spot!! Thanks for taking care of your local dashers!!

Experienced the rudest service ever in my life here by the guy making pizzas. It was so bad even the other customers said something. Who in turn he was ride to as well. When I asked if he had a boss I could talk to he said “unfortunately yes” but never gave me his info just credited my order for free and continued to be rude to everyone. Mind you I spent 45 minutes waiting on a salad for my order that was done 30 minutes prior. Then get home and the pizzas were all wrong. Thank God I got credited the money. This place is always spotty and we have them another chance and ordered delivery a coupe weeks ago that was good. This prompted me to do a pick up order last week. Never again will I go to this establishment I should have went to Happy’s they are always friendly and have my order correct.

I ordered chicken wings with bar b q sauce to be delivered and got hot sauce. The sauce was so hot and smothered on the wings that U could not eat it. They would not even replace my order because they couldn’t deliver free food because they used door dash.
