I ordered a small pizza with black olives and ham for 6.99. It was better than a Hot n Ready. It was hot and I was ready to eat it! They made it exactly how I wanted it even though it was close to closing time. Customer service was good too.

The staff is really cool at this place. I had an issue with my card a few days ago. My bank flagged it for fraud anyway I didn’t know this until I was at the line ready to pay for our pizza, which I had promised my daughter I would get for her. They were going to close in 10 mins, and I was in the parking lot trying to get ahold of someone from card services. I came back in to tell him I was trying to sort it out, and I was very obviously upset, and the kid at the counter said he would take care of it. I said no at first, but he said that he had already handled it while I was in the parking lot. It gave me a little hope for our future. With people like this working there, I’m surprised that there are so many bad reviews on here.

I order from this location all the time. I mean like far too often, I have a Howie reward every month. I received my order cold. Paid delivery and it arrived cold. My kids grabbed the pizza before the driver was off the porch. I called to tell them my pizza arrived cold. Not room temp, not warm cold and I got an awful response from a man claiming to be the manager. I told him it was cold, he automatically got an attitude. He said it would be hot if I picked it up and told me if I wanted hot pizza I should pick up. The delivery driver is busy. I explained I paid for delivery and am 42 years old and have ordered pizza 1001 times in my life and have always had hot pizza, to the response of Mr. smart mouth really 1001 and times. To which I responded are you seriously getting smart with me. I paid for 2 pizzas, delivery and tip and my expectations of at least warm pizza are too much. He said he could get a hot pizza out in an hour, I said fine. Seriously annoyed. I wasn’t rude to him and I expect exactly what I pay for nothing more but if something isn’t right that’s not my fault.

I’m a regular for Hungry Howies about 2 times a month. I’m usualy trying to save money so I often get the $5 small 2 topping deal delivered. This place kills it every time!!! If you want good prices and good pizza, this is the place I go to all the time. Always delivered on time, fresh taste, still warm/hot when delivered. The sriracha sauce they can add on is amazing!!! Maybe 1/20 of the time the order is wrong but that’s okay with me. I also appreciate the drivers coming out late at night during the cold to deliver my pizza. I always make sure to tip these guys as they deserve it for the quality pizza and service they put out. Use the app to order, makes it a lot easier!!

Ordered delivery, Everytime I order they ignore delivery instructions and leave at the wrong place. Even though there is clear instructions. This time was the worst though. I did not hear the vehicle this time. Not only is it cold but they smashed the pizza into the box. I will not bother with you guys again unless you get some drivers that can read. Also as usual NO RECIEPT!

Tried place a order for pick up on my drive home from work. I was literally on the phone for 12 minutes trying to place the order because seemed like the guy on the phone wasn’t EVEN at the shop location. If he was he knew ABSOLUTELY nothing! at the end of the phone call he asked me if I was paying cash or card. I told him cash. He then tells me that location is not accepting cash. If you work somewhere and know your NOT accepting cash before proceeding with the order you SHOULD let the customer know number one! Number two I’m even more irritated that I was on the phone for 12 freaking minutes and my drive from work to home takes 16. I could’ve went to the hungry howies down the street from my work place, but thought I could place a order here because 2 minutes from my house. The person on the phone was not knowledgeable of location nor menu or informative. Highly irritated!!!!

I had a mistake occur with my order and the general manager Anthony Gadbois was just amazing and he is replacing my order by putting a credit on my account and provided me with the best customer service.
