So I called to place a carry out and they apparently farm out their phone calls to an answering service. After the person I spoke with ensured me that he called the store to make sure that my order was correct, I showed up to pick my order up and it was wrong. I didn’t have time for them to remake the order so I guess I’ll just not eat dinner tonight. This is definitely how you can guarantee you won’t see return business

Im so disappointed i place order and told them light sauce, omg there is so much sauce on it.. where even after scrapping most of the sauce off it was inedible…it was a large pizza .. waste of money…went to the garage….

It’s been a bit since I ordered from here and apparently in that time they handed off delivery to DoorDash – if I had known that I would have never ordered delivery with all the issues I’ve had with them in this area. Despite *not* selecting no-contact delivery, the driver just left my order on the porch without any knock, ring, text, anything. By the time I started wondering where it was and manually looked it up from the surprise initial order placed text (the only contact received about the delivery) to find it had been silently delivered, of course it was ice cold. The regular drivers used to do a good job, will not order again with unaccountable delivery service.

Well it’s not the 1st time my order had been made incorrectly, BUT it was the 1st time I recieved a phone call from hungry Howie’s asking if they messed up our order up, I said yes but eating it anyway. They offered us a $10 credit on our next order, I was so surprised and happy that we’ve order from there again more often then we normally would. All because they made it right!
