Called to order a pizza and they switched to a call center instead of someone in the store taking the order. The guy who took my order said it was put through, took my name and number, and confirm the order total as well as the location on 12 mile. Arrived and they didn’t have the order. Tried to call the call center back to complain or confirm if it was sent to a different Howies by mistake but only got a “we’re closed” voice recording.

Order a pizza and the order came out burned I had to wait another 20mins for them to remake the pizza for me and they forgot to add the flavor crust I ordered on the 1st pizza. The pizza was the worst one I had from hungry howies it was drenched with grease and tasted terrible. We threw it out what a waste I will never be back to this location.

10.27 they charged me for a small and on the receipt it said 1.69 for pepperoni and favor crust way to expensive won’t be visiting there anytime soon use to love that place

Very good pizza and for the most part on time. However every once in a long while they will not have your pizza made. I also don’t suggest ordering on Holidays, because of the increase of customers but not staff for that day.

Pizza was burnt with almost no sauce. I walked in and paid then waited for my pizza to finish. They finished and threw it in the warmer. I sat there thinking maybe the bread isn’t done. Eventually we stood up and asked for our pizza only to find out our order was sitting there the whole time. I’ll never go back, absolutely the worst Howie’s I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t our pregame food and I didn’t pay for it I wouldn’t have even ate it.

I ordered a delivery around 7:35pm. I had been waiting over an hour for my delivery. It was two small pizzas and two liters. I called to see if everything was okay and the worker was very blunt and did not give any further details of the order. She said there was one driver and that they were waiting on that. I understand busy,short staffed nights but then my order got assigned to a doordasher. By this time its 9:00pm. Nearly two hours from when i ordered. The doordasher and I communicated and they had only gave him one item of my order so he had to go back again to get the rest. Worst experience ive had with a hungry howies itself.
