I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called because I placed an online order, it said my delivery would be here in 60 mins, after 57 mins it said my pizza was just put in the oven. As a manager at Pizza Hut I know how this works. 10-15 mins to cook the pizza and 10-30

Ordered 2 calzones and cheese bread without Cheddar cheese. When the food arrived the bread had cheddar, which is not what i paid for. When i called they said i would have to drive up to the place to get a replacement. I called back again as i was furstrated and they did not belive me. I paid for a service i did not get,basically they messed up and told me we dont care about you our staff says it was right. I used to run a howies before these people were prob even born, i know whay cheddar looks like and tastes like. They should have said hey we will give you a credit or sorry even, or we will bring one out.but no they dont care about customers. Money is not worth what it was, dont spend it here.

Haven’t had any reason to complain! Everything has always been made to order and has been absolutely delicious! Honestly almost seems that it gets better every order! I always use the app when ordering and I have never had an issue with that either. Will be a returning customer for sure!

SO DELICIOUS!!!! It’s been a while since I’ve had HH. But after just devouring some pizza and wings, it’s fair to say they have only gotten better with time. A true Michigan pizza. Always made exactly how you ask for it. And they even used a coupon for me and saved me $2 without me even having asked. All around great HH location. Will be back sooner this next time.

Order pizza sub sandwiches and cookie. Sub sandwiches were just dripping in grease and soggy the cookie was raw and not cooked. Total waste of $35. Will never go back.

My pizza was overdone, there was almost no sauce, and half the seasoning was concentrated on the crust of a single slice (see photo). I’m not sure why they would feel comfortable handing this out.
