For 13 dollars, there is no way a pizza should look like this. This location has been skimping on pepperoni my last two visits. I’ve gotten more pepperoni on a frozen pizza. The only saving grace is that the pizza is good and my kids don’t complain.

Just tried to place an order by phone after they finally answered and was asked to hold. Then looking at the timer on the phone i waited for 12 mins. and finally hung up. This is the second time and the last 90 days I had service issues at this location. Way to many choices around. I just ordered a large pepperoni and a large works form Papa John’s a mile further down Gate City Blvd and had no issues at all. Papa has a 1-topping carry out special right now for $7.99. Great deal.

The pizza is always fresh, hot, and good. My only constructive comment would be to ensure that the staff doesn’t skimp on vegetable toppings. I ordered a steak and tomato pizza, and there were only a couple small bites of tomato on some slices. That said, the pizza still tasted great and it was cooked evenly and was fresh.

First I want to say the staff at night, customer service, and door dash representative I had to deal with were very kind and gave great customer service BUT I am really upset about the fact that if I had not called would not have known food was just sitting there, I also received wrong order that I couldn’t eat, and have yet to have issue resolved. Ordered dinner while at work, called after an hour to check on order was told it was still there and I would probably have to pick it up too late for delivery but I placed my order at 8pm. I told him I couldn’t because I was at work so gentlemen called a manager informed me after speaking to manager they would call to have someone deliver it. Placed order at 8pm received order about 1030pm. I got the wrong order called DoorDash service back to inform them wrong order and there was nothing that could be done but to try to get in contact with the store location for refund so they helped to initiate the next steps for me. They forwarded my info and I received email from Hungry Howies customer service right after and they sent my issue and my information to the store I ordered from and they would have the store I ordered from to handle everything. It’s been a couple of days and no one has reached out by email or phone. Really unhappy because this was my first experience with this particular location, it was my lunch break, and unfortunately I had no other alternative.

If I cannot get New York style pizza hungry howies is the next best thing. Love the pizza don’t get me started on the bbq wings they are spicy but sweet. These salads are amazing too! I love hungry howies I hate I have to travel almost to james town to get it now they closed them all in my area.

I ordered two pizza’s and some cheese breadsticks to get delivered to my address. They didn’t ring the door bell or knock on the door and just left my order outside in the cold. So I called & called and finally I decided to go up there (Adams Farm Location) Even though they offered to remake it for free, they still got my order wrong and forgot the pizza sauce…I’m not the type to complain but this was unacceptable 🙁 great pizza, people just need to learn how to take they jobs seriously and with some enthusiasm.
