Got a number 16 regular. The asked me if I wanted sauerkraut & what kind of cheese I wanted & thousand island dressing. I said it comes with cheese ,sauerkraut & dressing. I asked her add pepperoncini & onions which I never got. Don’t know if they need more training g or what that experience was awful.

Ordered lunch there this afternoon, total was $20.68. Checked my bank account tonight and found out they tipped themselves 30% without my knowledge after I left the drive through. Will be going in tomorrow to have a discussion with a manager and have already notified my bank of the fraud. I don’t mind paying for what I owe but do NOT appreciate tipping without my permission. So watch your bank accounts after ordering!

Waited an insane amount of time for a carryout order eventhough there were no other people inside and only 2 cars in drive thru. The fries have been waiting done for 10 mins. I’m sure they will be cold.

Not impressed. This place has a very ancient ordering system. Counter person has to write your order down then ring it into the system which takes a little bit of time. Pretty basic on what you can add to your sandwich.

After 11 hours at work I just wanted a sandwich and soup I was the only one waiting with 6 people working it took 31 min and when I got home soup was only 3/4 full…very disappointed no apology no nothing!

Great idea for a drive thru, except when you wait over 10 min and the line doesn’t move so you now lost 2 customers because we got tired of waiting! Attempted a month later and attempted to go inside. What a joke, I waited over 7 minutes after ordering and she still hadn’t rung up my sale. The same girl admitted she gave out wrong food and was upsetting her co workers and could not meet the demands of the traffic. You have 3 people working the line and one taking orders, where is management at night because this location is ridiculous and needs shut down until you can adequately staff it.
