This place is fine. I ordered a rueben and cheese curds and I got a reuben and cheese curds. Wasn’t great but wasn’t bad either. My wife had the chili and thought it was good and it had fresh onions on top. The people are nice!

I visited this location for lunch today. Tuesdays they have a special on the taco taco which is my favorite. I also sent multiple employees and customers of mine today to also take part in this special. I was informed after I paid that it would take about 8 minutes for the potato and I agreed. About 20 minutes later I went back to the front and asked about my food. They didn’t know what I was waiting for and lost my order. The manager in the back just sat there and looked at me. Never got up to come speak to me or ask questions or resolve the issue. The staff scrambled to fix it. I asked if I could have something else while I waited and the manager very rudely said no. I asked her what can we do then? and she just sat there so I asked for my money back which she did not do, she had the staff do. And then my potato came 30 minutes later and it was made wrong. Very poor management in this location sadly because I love hungry hobo and visit often. Managers should be dealing with complaints, not the staff. They should be getting off their butts and speaking to their customers, not the staff. They should be expediting orders and overseeing flow of the store, but she sat there and did nothing but rudely refuse to allow me free food for the inconvenience or offer anything whatsoever.

Didn’t get my online order. Was rude. Wouldnt give me the cheese I paid for. Finally found change to buy the cheese. The cheese for fries lid wasnt on so it spilt all over the bag.

We got there and had heard a few tables waited 50 minutes for their sandwiches. A man tried to get a refund and the assistant manager didn’t even know how to. He left without food or a refund. The assistant manager yelled at Daniel who was actually the only one working hard and apologizing to people for their waits. Never had a bad experience before but this assistant manager should not be a manager. Promote Daniel.

I didn’t have a lot of time so decided to place my order online and pick it up. I did not receive a confirmation of any kind when I placed my order so when I arrived I wasn’t sure if they would have my order or not. I explained what had happened to the lady working at the counter and she said that they had not received an online order so I said no big deal, and placed my order with her. While she was putting my order in I checked my bank account to make sure the transaction had not gone through and realized that it had. I explained that to the employee and she apologized and called her boss to see what they needed to do to fix the issue. Her boss told her since they didn’t show the order in their system that I would have to pay for the food again and they would send it up to the owner to see about getting me a refund. I wasn’t happy with that and told her that I would like the owners number so I could speak with him myself. She gave me the corporate number and told me to ask for Chris. When I got back in the car I did call and got to Chris’s voicemail. I left a message explaining the situation and that I felt it was unacceptable for me to have to pay twice with the hopes that I might get a refund for one of the purchases and asked for a call back. It’s been over a day and I have not heard back from Chris.
