This Biryani is pretty good! I have not had Kolkata style biryani before, but it tastes amazing. It is on the light side of hotness in terms of spices but very aromatic and clean. The packaging works out for me pretty well, frozen with instruction that are very simple to follow but requires a microwave. I’m glad it’s conveniently located in Boulder for me as there are very few options out here.

This homemade, genuine Indian food is amazing! I ordered 4 Biryani to have on hand. My roommate already snuck one and admitted it because he liked it so much he wants more. I specifically requested mild versions of each and she was happy to cater to that request.

This biryani was delicious! I’ve never had biryani before, but it’s definitely a cuisine that was missing from the area. I’ll be supporting this local business a lot so that they can open up a permanent shop!

Because 0 star is not an option but their Biriyani is worse than that. We ordered goat Biriyani for $23.99, neither the quantity or quality is worth that price. It contained a potato , full egg and medium size goat piece but potato was black and mutton was very chewy and stinky as if it was not cooked properly and unfortunately we had to throw away most of it. Rice was okay which was not basmati but mitha atar flavor was a bit high. We felt the Biriyani was frozen for a long time and our feedback was not appreciated by the owner.

Didn’t except “frozen” biriyani for how much we paid . Rice was fragrant , but got brittled , potatoes were blackened, mutton pieces were chewy and hard which make those inedible . The dishes were frozen , thawed and then warmed. The only fresh things were the eggs. We know local businesses have to shop in lower quantity which makes them pay more so prices are high, totally understandable. But as that price we expect good quality food.

I ordered one of each option and I can’t say it enough that it was the best food I’ve had in awhile! Buttery rice goodness, fall off the bone meat and an amazing aroma that will fill your whole house and make everyone wondering what goodness you’re cooking up.
