This is the BEST Chinese takeout place in Irmo, as almost everyone would agree!!!! Sun Ming is also really good, but that’s a nice sit-down restaurant with great service – they do takeout too but Hunan Wok is only takeout. The lady here is always so nice and they’re happy to make special dishes for me. I love them! Food is so delicious and large portions! They don’t have any delivery services unfortunately. Maybe one day. Their lo mein dishes are really good as are their mixed veggies and chicken dishes. The vegetable spring rolls are amazing too!

We eat here regularly. Food is always delicious and hot. The value for what you get is amazing. Not many places we can feed a family of 7 for around $50 these days. We will continue to enjoy this place regularly.

We grab food at least once a month. It’s so convenient and the food is always hot and delicious! The sweet and sour chicken is always so crispy and their rice is the perfect amount of sticky!

Ordered beef lomein and soup. Neither had any flavor. My husband will eat anything and he couldn’t even stomach it. Paid $14.91 for nothing. The fortune cookies were even stale. When I walked in the restaurant there was a man putting raw meat on a metal pole in a blue Lowes hardware bucket on the floor. It was 11:45am. I should have walked away when I saw the man on the floor, gloveless, with raw meat.

The food was tasty and really nice. I would recommend coming here for very cheap very delicious meals with generous portions. I ate the general tsos chicken.

if i could give this place a zero i would !! better believe that. I’m newer to the area and wanted to see what this place was all about. unfortunately for me woke up in a not so good situation a few hours later in the bathroom if you know what i mean. i was horrified when i brought home my shrimp and broccoli. the shrimp had a texture i had never seen before but i gave it a chance. next three days suffered with the worst food poisoning i had ever experienced. i wouldn’t even feed it to my fish geraldo and i give him everything.

The order was fast and the food was delicious! I’ve been looking for good Chinese food in this area for years now. So glad I’ve finally found a place that reminds me of the Chinese food from my hometown.

Visiting the city after walking out of Kroger which is around the corner. The food smelled very good. So I get some shrimp fried rice. To my surprise it was jus rice with shrimp in it. Absolutely horrible, not a good Chinese spot if they can’t make real shrimp fried rice. LOL no telling what else they can’t like the real a real Chinese spot. No peas, carrots or eggs, just a few onions. Do yourself a favor, drive somewhere else and get something better.

The food was excellent!!! We have lived here for a year and a half and have finally found an excellent Chinese place. The combos had lots of food and the crab rangoon was top notch. We loved loved loved the wanton soup and boneless spare ribs. We can’t wait to try new combos.

I’m sitting here confused…as to how this restaurant has great reviews. This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Placed an order, and it literally tastes like they warmed up food that’s been sitting around. Chicken was hard, no sauce that should’ve been on the chicken, Rice was hard, and the Egg Rolls were so hard they weren’t edible. First and definitely my last time ordering Dinner for our family from here…ended up throwing it all away, and ordering Olive Garden.
