Horrible customer service. They served other customers behind me standing in line before they took my order. Then they ignored me when I tried giving them my order so I said screw it and took my buisness else where with better customer service at rhe restaurant next door

This place was horrible, there was a finger in my won ton soup, my pork rice was moldy and infested with crickets. The dumplings had a rat in it and there was hair in my lo mein. The food in general was so bad that it sent my great uncle Larry into a coma for a month and he still hasn’t fully recovered.

BE AWARE!!! I ordered take out and went back to complain about how Sick I felt after eating and she BLAMED ME saying…”MAYBE YOU EAT TO FAST.” The customer is always right. For starters the Lady was nice at the front desk (AT FIRST) but, the food was Terrible. I got the BBQ bone in spare ribs with pork fried rice and WonTon soup lunch special. $8.00 I figure I’ll give it a try since I was in a rush shopping in the plaza like most people. It’s Saturday and if I don’t get sick off of what I just ate which wasn’t filling at all I might possibly give it a NO star. Foods still digesting and IM STARViNG!!! (Think I’ll order a Pizza.) The BBq spare ribs were Dry, Burnt and hardly had any meat let along taste. (Had to put my own sauce on them.) The pork fried rice was not only dry but, layers of flavors and NOT GOOD ONES. (The type of taste you question on what your eating that tastes like the smell of something SoiLED.) The Wonton soups broth tasted like drinking a bottle of water although the beef in the Wonton was some what acceptable. Finally the Noodle Chips were tasteless and Stale. Overall I hope this review helps the place out to better themselves NOT hurt them. Honesty is everything and I wish the best!!! Thank you.

There are many Chinese Restaurants in and around Hackettstown. There is no reason to order from this one This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have a copy of my order printed out so I was very surprised when I ordered Pineapple chicken which was clearly on the menu. I received 2 orders of Orange Chicken. My husband ordered Sesame Shrimp. He received orange shrimp. I called to tell them they got the order wrong and was met with a very nasty woman who told me they do not have Pineapple chicken and don’t have it on the menu. She was not open to hear me and I finally hung up. I will never order from this place again and if you’re smart you won’t either!

food was great, lady at front desk was great, great experience overall! i saw a review that said that the lady was rude to everyone but that person has obviously never worked a real job in their life. she is just trying to get everyone their food and is super friendly !
