Amazing, AMAZING food. The Super Meal is a crazy good deal. Staff was very friendly. I have tried to get my boyfriend to go back with me every day since we left and he keeps saying that we need to “try different things”.

I have been going here for over 10 years and have enjoyed every meal and normally love the staff, however I didn’t have the same experience on Sunday 5/21(please read the whole thing to save yourself). The woman server was incredibly rude to my family and I. She didn’t like the fact that my daughter and niece were being kids and playing around at the table (they were quiet and polite by the way), she rudely waited until they were done to put down the drinks. This was just only a tidbit of our experience. She was clearly cranky or having a bad day and decided to take it out on our table. On Monday morning, I started having bad cramps and diarrhea, as well as my husband and sister. Today, Tuesday we are all still very sick. I got food positioning from this place. Even though I have loved Hunan dearly for a long time, I won’t be back.. I am very very disappointed with the service and the food poisoning that I received.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I really should’ve listened to the bad reviews! I was visiting Bellemonte, craving chinese and this place has “Voted Best in Flagstaff,” in their window. I call, order Chicken w Broccoli super meal, wonton soup, eggroll/pork ragoons & fried rice, and a order of just mongolian chicken. Now, if these were huge portions I would’ve been satisfied but I arrive she says $35 and hands me a single bag… What? The super meal is $17 meaning that A la carte chicken was $15 ish? Thats crazy! I was already there and hungry so whatever I just take it. I have never been more disappointed in my LIFE. The rice was definitely old, it was cold, dry and the peas in it were stiff! The Chic w Broccoli was so disgusting, that sauce is definitely old or something it tasted like how things taste when they’re frozen and warmed multiple times. The wonton soup, broth was okay very salty but the soup had literally just cabbage & 1 wonton Lol. And that wonton was so gross, it was rubbery and plastic tasting, just so lackluster. The chicken w broccoli was more bean sprouts than anything, and the mongolian chicken had some weird topping on it? I think it was supposed to be some fried thing, but they were just dry and stale. I’ve never felt more disappointed in a restaurant than this place. If this was voted best in town, SURELY yall have not had Panda Express before, even that fast food chain puts out more flavorful & fresh food.

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant and now that we have moved away from Flagstaff- we miss it. Our favorites are Mongolian Beef, Wonton Soup, Hot and Sour Soup, Fried Rice, Steamed Rice, Chicken Lo Mein (soft noodles). We usually get the super meal for lunch or dinner which is a great deal. Since we come so infrequently now, we tend to eat the old favorites. The wontons and egg rolls are also really really good. The Mongolian beef has been our top favorite for years. But anything you get will be great. We got to stop by on the way back from New Mexico the other day and it was very nostalgic for us. Whether you dine in or take it to go, it’s all fantastic. Service is always top notch here.

Went here on a whim, because our normal place was closed and we were pleasantly surprised and will be making this our new spot. The Mongolian beef was FULL of beef, we didn’t get near as much with the other place…the beef lol mien was delicious! We will definitely be back here. Super friendly staff!
