The service was wonderful and friendly but the food was a 5 out of 10 I got the sweet and sour chicken lunch combo and small beef Lo Mein. The portion for the lunch special was too small for 11 dollars and the chicken was way too dry.

Horrible food!! I ordered sweet and sour shrimp ended up with sweet and sour what I’m assuming was chicken. Way over cooked. Couldn’t even eat it. Too hard to even know what it was. Almost broke a tooth. Crab Rangoon was burnt and no flavor. Never again will I eat here. I won’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Ordered some soup for my wife as she was sick. Also ordered crab rangoon for myself. It was a pickup order and when I hot home I realized the crab rangoon was not in the bag. I called and asked if they could deliver it and they did. Not often you get service like that. Thank you!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Waited for an hour and a half and food was cold upon delivery. I called up to get some new food and they just wanted to argue with me about how “it wasn’t just sitting around sir.” Ok just bring me some fresh food? No sir, we can just comp it on the next order. Needed new management!

This was my first time ordering here. I ordered $99 worth of food after the tip. One of the things I ordered was crispy shrimp. It was rock hard. Couldn’t bite through it without hurting my teeth. Also ordered stick chicken. It was as tough as gas station beef jerky. I’m a server in an Italian restaurant. I HATE complaining about food and will avoid at all costs. But I spent $99 on Chinese food that I couldn’t eat and I needed to say something. My husband called and politely asked if we could get a refund on the inedible portion of the meal we ordered. The manager told my husband that if we wanted better food we should order from a better restaurant and pay $250 for food. He told us we paid for the quality we got. He was hard to understand but what we could understand was incredibly rude. Never in my life has a manager of a restaurant said something like that to me. The employee working the phones was much more kind and polite. They refunded the price of the shrimp for us but not anything else. I will never order from Hunan House again. The food I could eat was bland at best. Very basic. Nothing special. Don’t order here
