Good spot for a quick carryout lunch. I had the happy family lunch special and thought it was a good deal. The main dish was very good, however I wasn’t a big fan of the egg roll. I would go back for the Happy Family lunch special again, but would probably choose something different then the egg roll as my side item

This is my boyfriend’s favorite local Chinese but this was my first time trying it. We were super hungry so we ordered way too much food for take out. We got the spicy pickled Chinese cabbage (which was the most amazing thing ever), combo Singapore rice noodles (would also highly recommend), chicken egg foo young (worth trying the dish of you’ve never had it), and the pineapple chicken (which was just alright). We had enough for both of us to have plenty of leftovers the next day too. Was definitely satisfied with our meal and I would definitely go back.

Best Chinese food in the region. I have had many dishes from this restaurant and liked everything that I had. The owners know their customers by name. Excellent service. My first choice go to when I want Chinese food. Unfortunately, they are closed on Monday’s which forced me to make another choice this past Monday when I was craving Chinese. The other place cannot hold a candle to Hunan Garden. Portions are larger than any other Chinese carry out. They are a bit pricier but you do get a lot of food. There is a reason that Hunan Garden has the highest ratings in Eldersburg.

Our family finally found our go-to Chinese restaurant! After so many disappointments, we finally found a place that makes our mouth and tummies happy! We ordered 3 combination platters (Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Chicken), 2 of them with Chicken Fried Rice and 1 with Pork Fried Rice, and an order of Chicken Nuggets for our picky eater. EVERY SINGLE BITE of everything we ordered was DELICIOUS! We drove 20+ minutes back home with our order and everything was still nicely hot, crispy, and flavorful. The presentation was excellent, the serving sizes were generous, the restaurant was clean, and the decor was lovely. Ms. Jenny was extremely cordial and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again!

Best Chicken and string beans hands down. Husband love house combination Chow Foon or Shrimp in Lobster sauce. Spring rolls , shrimp toast, General Tso’s shrimp also great. Jenny is the greatest and once she knows how you like your food she never forgets and I believe she directs the cooks on how to fix your personal order. Can’t be beat ,always busy because of her and the food. We order food at least once every two weeks and might have had 2 orders in 9 years that weren’t 5 stars.
