Mixed review for me. Walking in, it looks like any Chinese restaurant in small town America with a faint hint of cleaning supplies.

Stopped here for dinner, driving through town. Fried potstickers were great. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about it. Crab Rangoons were mediocre, fried rice was terrible, found a hair in one of our dishes, The lady serving us laughed about it. No discount on the meal.

Ordered 2 beef & broccoli lunch specials with crab Rangoon online advertised for $5 apiece then get there & get told it’s almost $8 apiece. Get home only to realize my “beef & broccoli” only has 3 lil pieces of broccoli & 4 lil pieces of meat and the whole rest of the box is rice cabbage & carrots. 1 out of ten stars, would not recommend and I’ll never go back to get ripped off again

I love Hunans! Summer, the owner is very funny and kind and always greets the long time customers by name or nickname she gives you. The Empress Chicken and Sesame “Street” Chicken are my families favorite meals along with crab Rangoon and egg rolls. During the cooler months I always get hot and sour soup with my meal. My only complaint is they no longer have unsweetened tea.

Good but not great. The orange chicken was the sweet and sour chicken with orange sauce on it. The soup was good.

Three stars for trying to make a bad situation better. Hot and sour soup not anywhere near as good as I’ve had at other restaurants, but it was a decent attempt at getting the flavors correct- it was missing woodear mushrooms. I ordered chicken egg foo young and the “omelets” came out burnt actually black (see pics). The center was still raw. I let the waitress know and she brought out 3 more patties that were just as bad and actually still icy cold (and raw) in the middle. I said no worries- no need to try again, so they brought me a plate of noodles. The waitress tried. I am not sure what was going on in the kitchen. Obviously frozen product and much of the stir fry was canned products. Not very fresh, overly salted. I doubt I’ll go back, but I’m hopeful they do a better job with the more popular dishes.
