I put one star because you can’t put half one. the fried eggs that I asked for, they gave me raw heggs and dirty looks like it seems that they were rolled over on the dirty iron. I ordered my food to take out and when I arrived at my job surprise !!!.

One of our favorite places to eat food from home when we visit Alaska. I can never remember the location if it’s Mountain View or Fireweed, but look for the truck with a big photo of Diamondhead (Mt.Le’ahi ) painted on the side. We always get a big steamy bowl of love ( aka saimin) and can get hot mustard so we love it. portions are impossibly huge, we love the sampler platter so we can get a taste of everything.. kalbi and katsu, Teri chicken, the best Mac salad, musubis… and just like most great Hawaiian diners, the decor is simple and cheerful .

A lot of people recommended this place, and I was not disappointed. They weren’t busy, but the food still came out super quick. The chicken was real good, and went really well with the rice. I’m not a big fan of macaroni salad, but theirs was amazing. I even had some today for lunch! I also, got the cookies n cream pie, it was a little rich, but it was worth getting. Definitely will eat here again.

Staff is friendly and I absolutely loved the macoroni, Pulehu chicken, and the Teri Beef!! I recommend getting the combo plate with both. We were visiting from out of town and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some good Hawaiian food in Anchorage. Don’t let the outside fool you, the food is well worth it!

I love the atmosphere in this place. I arrived in between meals, and it felt like sitting in a family home, very cozy and friendly. The food is excellent, and at a VERY great value. The flavor of the pork and chicken were on point, and it goes so well with the rice and Mac salad. There are several poke options as well, and the spicy ahi was so delicious and well balanced. I wish I had known about this place sooner, and will definitely be back!

Been coming here once a week for the past 10 years. Think it’s about time to stop though. They never answer their phones. Now they wanna charge for a sauce. Most places like a pho fast food you name it, gives it away with the product. Hula hands used too, then went to one and now none for free. Sounds petty, but they’re living like it’s 2002. Have a great product just have no online ordering or a system to make it convenient for the consumer. Also putting an up charge into the product so they don’t look cheap charging people for a soy sauce.

Authentic Hawaiian food! Super delicious and flavorful! Excellent service! My husband and I ordered takeout– a mixed plate with mac salad, rice, and chicken & ribs. Everything was amazing! Food came out fresh and so tastey! Reminded us of our time visiting the islands. Would 100% recommend ❤️!

This place will always get 5 stars from me. Always quick and always friendly pictured is the regular Teri Beef for $10.75. They haven’t changed their prices at all even with the Pandemic and everything. Great Food, Great Portions, Low Cost= Perfection.
