Manapuas is still the same as when I used to come here as a kid. Giant manapua, with MAYJAH char siu! And it doesnt hurt your wallet like a lot of Chinese restaurants in other places. Miss and love this place.

They need to work on their presentation of their food. If it doesn’t look good. People won’t order it. I am speaking of there hot food selection. It looked messy.

A little Chinese hole-in-the-wall. Staff is nice, prices are about average for O’ahu. I had the shrimp fried rice. ($8.99) and it is tasty. You get a good portion in the obligatory styrofoam plate lunch container. The rice was a little bland, but lots of veggies, and the was plump, seasoned and cooked to perfection. They don’t skimp on the shrimp. I’m sure I will be back again.

I love their Chow Funn and Lemon Chicken. Best time to go is mid-mornings. That’s when the food is the freshest.

Last time I went, they charged me $181.00 (EXACTLY ALL of my available balance on my debit card) for $23 worth of noodles due to their debit machine “punching in all kinds of numbers”… NEVER again!
