Would have been all 5 stars but the atmosphere wasn’t as welcoming… could have been the time or that no music was playing in the background, but I seriously couldn’t ignore it because the food was amazing! Margaritas for $3 and I tried a new dish, Juanita special which I loved! I have ordered carry out before and was just as pleased. Great people running it, and I hope they do well.

The food here is REALLY good and the hot sauce they have is SO good. There are $3 margaritas during the week which is a plus. The food portions are pretty large and the drinks are strong! Most of the staff is very friendly, I’ve only encountered one individual who is not pleasant. Definitely would recommend this place for a happy hour.

The service is good and the restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. I had cheese enchiladas and they were ok. The salsa is very bland and the rice was a little dry, but the beans were good. It’s a decent place to grab lunch if you are shopping in the mall, but no place I would make a special trip to.

Very good place. Seated quickly. Server was attentive. Food had a good taste. Didn’t take long for our order to come out. Everything was prepared as expected. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely return again.

What a great place!!!!! The food is delicious and it is priced great. Also they have $3 margaritas mon – thursday & there strong. A must, check it out for good drinks and food.

The waitress girl was really nice, spoke spanish and reccommended good items on the menu…she was cool. Food was very good. Ill be back. It was like trivia night or something.

The prices was great and the food was some of the best we have had! My daughter has sensory issues so it hard to find stuff she will eat and she loved their fries with the white cheese!

I requested no mushrooms in my meal and the waitress noted that but I received my sizzling hot dish with mushrooms. I told the waitress and she apologized. She took my plate back. She returned with the same plate that they removed the mushrooms. It was warm and was not sizzling like the first time. They had added more cheese to it and it was barely melted. This was mine and my family’s first visit to Hugo’s and we don’t plan to return.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! My husband doesn’t really like mexican food but he loves Hugo’s. The food and staff are fantastic. Never had a bad experience there. Thank you Hugo’s for the amazing food and friendly environment and staff.
