We got in rather quickly on a Saturday. They had kids menus and adult menus. They had classic dishes and some unique things that make it a fun restaurant.

Overall a good experience. Our server was very professional. The fried mushrooms are BOMB DIGGITY!! The beer bread had an interesting texture but was too sweet especially with that pink cream. I’d recommend butter as an option. The burger and fries was excellent. Ditto on the turkey sandwich. The Prime rib sandwich was very disappointing as it was super soggy on the bottom. Also I requested zero onions but got tons. The lime Ricky was very good. As was the pink heart cookie. We’re going back for those mushrooms for sure!! Atmosphere is ok, similar to Denny’s but very clean.

Just recently reviewed this restaurant but this option showed up (and, yes, we are here — again.) At 1:30pm on a Tuesday this location was busy so there was a short wait. Husband ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich which he said was very good. I ordered the French Dip Sandwich. Both were on a ciabatta bun and looked very similar. Meals are not cheap here, however the meats seem to be quality meats with a good amount on the sandwiches. Husband ordered Cheesy Potato Bacon soup. I ordered the vegetable soup — not vegetarian vegetable soup if that matters to you. I so much wanted to order the Cranpeno Chicken again but I was afraid it wouldn’t be as good as I remembered — maybe on the next visit. This time I noticed that there is limited seating for larger parties but maybe you can call ahead. Some customers arrived for orders they had to go. Not a large restaurant, not a cheap restaurant, but good food, nice atmosphere, attentive service.

We love going to Hug Hes! Always good food and great service! Portion sizes are large. We love their homemade soups. And hand battered fish and chips. Burgers are great too!

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the bread they gave us at the beginning of the meal was hard and crusty and cold. Most places give you warm bread at the beginning. Other than that it was a good restaurant.

We mostly get take out here, but sometimes we go in to eat. I always get a burger, and tell them that I want it well done, and with French fries, a salad, and a cookie for desert. They have the very best tasting burger around here. Which is very close to home. Its a little spendy, but well worth every dollar spent. Try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes for water and to give our order. Then waited 40 minutes for the waitress to tell us they were out of our order. When we got our food, one of the orders was wrong. Never got a water refill. Then was generously given a 3 dollar discount for the inconvenience. Needless to say, this may be our last time at Hughes.

You’re going to pay for the “interior design” when you visit Hug He’s Cafe. The food is pretty subpar. I ordered mashed potatoes and while the bowl was hot, half my potatoes were still cold while the other half was hot. They’ve decorated the place in an attempt to look modern and chic which is what i think you’re paying for with the rather high prices for the microwaved food.

Very good local restaurant and our favorite in North Ogden. Their beer bread is unique and fantastic and any salad with their homemade poppy seed dressing is good, especially the Summer Salad. Also known for their sugar cookies. The owner is wonderful and very generous to the community. Highly recommend this restaurant!

First time going, i alway pass it by and never go check it out, so i went in this time. Everything was good except there was no breakfast and towards the restroom it kinda smelled bad. Maybe they were having sewer problems idk. I went a little past 11am, still in the mood for breakfast but they only have lunch and dinner stuff. Anyway got the BBQ pork sandwich with steak fries and a house salad with ranch. It was pretty good. Girl serving was nice and got my order correct. Will go again but not for breakfast
