Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I picked up food for someone who’s never eaten anything here before. We got five chicken tenders in one meal three and another and only two tiny cups of sauce. Because I was not sure which sauce the other person would like I asked for two spicy and two plain Magoo sauce. I was told I had to be charged for more sauce I guess we won’t be returning. Thanks for the great first time experience though? Also the unsweet tea urn could be cleaned soon to avoid that nasty flavor. It’s unfortunate but I didn’t even get a receipt. Definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Manager said some harsh words to one of the girls while I was ordering and she was visibly upset. He didn’t care that there were guests out front. Food and Service from the staff was great. Just kinda ruined by the manager on duty.

I was visiting my daughter and came to eat here. There’s an overweight boy with glasses that is so rude to all of the customers unless they’re female workers from other food establishments in the student union. There is also another overweight boy with piercings who gives the customers attitude as well. The chicken is not that good and I will not be returning.

This place was delicious and I don’t understand some of the other reviews. My experience was great. The place serves chicken tenders, fries and garlic bread for a very reasonable price. It’s also located in the student union which I thought was super good location for it.

I ordered a wrap with breaded chicken and they straight up forgot to add the chicken in. I’m honestly impressed how they managed to forget to add the chicken in their chicken tender wrap. They also didn’t even wrap it, they just folded it over like a taco. 9 dollars by the way. Please avoid this place.

I’ve had plenty of good experiences at other Heuy Magoos. However, in my two times visiting this location, once I got food poisoning and once my tenders were so ridiculously small that I could eat all of them like nuggets. They also don’t toss their chicken in sauce. Overall a very disappointing location, would avoid. Image below is my 3 “tenders” that I paid 7 dollars for ♂️

I really hope a supervisor sees this review. I waited in line for about 13 minutes. As I got closer to the front I was able to see the cooks in the back. The gentleman touched his nose and face about 8 times wiping his nose as well. Not once did the gentleman wash his hands or switch gloves. When I got to the cashier I asked if he in fact was the person preparing the food. She always scratched her nose and proceeded to touch and hand out customer orders. Again no hand washing. I walked away didn’t even place an order. You guys be careful.

Huey magoos is great! Normally. This location has some of the smallest chicken, and I was ok with that for the most part, it’s still a somewhat decent price so I’d just order more than usual. But when I expect to get the normal huey magoos thick fries that are great for dipping and get hand-me-down steak and shake tiny fries, how am I supposed to dip that? Lastly, while other magoos have very good toast, half the time I get it at this location it’s usually stale. I love magoos as a whole but this location is just subpar.
