TAKE HEED! Don’t waste your time or money and go to this place!!! For this to be a brand new location, it is in fact the worst location I’ve visited! I’ve been here multiple times and the experience does not get any better not the quality of the food nor the customer service. Lemon pepper wings were extremely over seasoned and salty. The 3 pieces of tenders looks like 1 normal sized tender broken in 3 pieces. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been to the Sunrise location countless amount of times and never had an issue. It is the furtherest from my house but I will literally drive 25 mins to the Sunrise location before I ever step foot back into this location.

Yesterday was the 3rd time I went there and they completely messed up my entire order. I got home and had the wrong meal so wasn’t able to finish it since I had spicy sauce all over. I paid for a 7 piece with different t sauces on the side and got a 4 piece with spicy sauce all over. I don’t know if I’ll continue to go back.

Every not so grateful at review is accurate. The place is filled with many young adults who could care less about quality service and meeting the customer’s expectations. When this time location opened, I went based on a recommendation. The food was great the first time, so I returned expecting the same, if not better; however, the service and food sucked. I attempted to give them another shot after receiving poor service and not-so-great food, but they proved to be consistent with lacking good customer service and fresh food.

I ordered Doordash, and in the midst of working I realized I clicked on the wrong sauce that I wanted. I clicked buffalo when I wanted sweet heat. I called the store and spoke to Rochelle and she worked it all out. She was so sweet and so helpful and I received the exact order I wanted. Fresh and HOT! I totally appreciated their customer service. Will definitely be returning to this particular location.

I love Magoo’s chicken. In this particular restaurant, I ordered a grilled chicken. The attendant gave me the breaded one. It is still good, though, so I ate it anyway and did not re-order another one.

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. My husband ordered food for hisself and I and I kid you not it took over 30 minutes to make the food . Cashiers claims the order wasn’t put in . Which really doesn’t make any sense to me . I will never come back here . First and last time. That’s ridiculous

This place hasn’t been open that long and the reviews are horrible and true. The customer service is nonexistent here I waited 25 min to get one chicken wrap. My cashier name was Dahianna the attitude when I asked why I didn’t get my drink when I paid 2.99 . I wasn’t the only one waiting for a long time. The McDonald’s next door has better customer service. I was told the food was good here but the wrap had more tomatoes then chicken .
