I used to love going here. Food was great. It was just so so the last two times I went. The tenders shrunk to about half the size. Plus, you used to be able to order on the app and pick up and go. IT was GREAT and super convenient. NOW they say no online orders. Yet, somehow they still do the food service apps (door dash, etc) Not sure why you can do Door Dash orders but not your own company. So you HAVE to go in, order and WAIT. Last time it was 20+ minutes to wait. Sorry, but there are too many other places that do chicken to deal with that. Especially getting in and out of that shopping center are a pain.

My first time there, I told the girl cashier to recommend me something good and she recommended me something, I trusted her, but all I got was 3 piece of fried chicken tender 1piece of butter bead and fríes, she told me that that was with salad and/or coleslaw which I didn’t get, when someone tells you is their first time at that business, you should impress in the good way , not in the bad way

Ordered online and had to wait over 40 minutes. Got there 20 minutes after ordering, no one said anything to me when I showed up, continued to wait, there was only 1 employee. Continued to wait an additional 20 minutes in the store as other dine in customers were getting their food. I have been here many times but have never had such terrible service. On top of it all, my order was incorrect and cold. Won’t be coming back

So I’ve been to Huey magoos about 4 times..I keep giving it another try because everyone loves it so much but I don’t understand the hype the service isn’t always the best, it’s kinda like always a mess, at first I figured because it was a new restaurant you have to get situated but they haven’t really improved. They’re drinks are good and the portions are good but if I have to compare flavors I love Chick-fil-A tenders more just wish they could give more like Huey magoos. It’s ok, even good but not the BEST.

Chicken places have been on the rise and huey magoos definitely is frying up some really good value for the quality of food and the quality of service. I would give the food 5 stars but i have noticed inconsistencies depending on the day such as how much seasoning you receive on fries or how much breading to chicken ratio you receive. It can differ. The food itself i will say is flavorful and really good quality along with excellent pricing on all there meals. But speaking of quality, this is the first food establishment i have ever walked into and discovered that they have quality control on every order making sure its EXACTLY what you purchased and ordered before it arrives in your hands. And with that said the service here is above and beyond and thoughtful

The food is amazing as always. The pickup order process is always left by the wayside. You place your order but when you arrive you wait even longer than what it would’ve been to just come in and place an order in store to go. You’re never greeted right away because they never seem to have enough staff to fulfill the demand. Please get these workers some help.

Their chicken tenders are good, albeit a bit overpriced. The main draw here is the number of different seasonings and sauces you can customize them with. The actual chicken quality is very good, but the atmosphere in the store is kind of dull. I recommend take out if you decide to eat here.
