The food was good. Kind of similar to a zaxbys but better put together. The fries were seasoned and had plenty of flavor. The chicken burger was good. Thick cut pickles, maybe could have used slightly more sauce. Also I think the sandwich should have an option for the coleslaw being placed on it. The coleslaw was really good and it provided the flavor and fresh crunch that the sandwich needed. Will definitely be coming back.

First time trying. The Parmesan Garlic were too salty for my taste. The Sweet Heat were good, I’d be back for those. The gave us like 20 fries in our regular fry order. Definitely not worth the $4+ we paid. We paid $25 for 10 tenders and the 20 fries. Overall, my experience was ok. This is the Champions Gate location.

Love the chicken, my order is consistently done correctly. The sauces always tastes fresh. The only thing is, they changed the online ordering, I used to be able ask for my fries extra crispy, that option has been removed, I hope it gets added back.

I’m visually impaired, and as such I need to use a cane to assist with my mobility. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating, the woman at the cash register filled my fountain drink for me, and one of the waiters guided me to my vehicle in a safe and friendly manner. It was raining pretty heavily that day, so the staff were also kind enough to provide me with an umbrella. Overall very friendly staff, food is wonderful and the environment is very casual. 10/10, definitely coming here on my next trip.

We pick up food here every weekend and ordered food for our kids today and barely any fries in their boxes. When I called in to bring it to their attention the manager said we could drive back for extra fries. We’re not going to drive back 20 mins at dinner time. He didn’t want to do much else other than offer us free fries if we come back in. Management seems to have changed here and it shows. He said they weigh their fries out but clearly they did not we’ve never seen a box look half empty like this. Poor service, very disappointed.

the food is good but the workers need to learn how to do their job. I went yesterday and i asked to sub the coleslaw for extra fries they gave me kettle chips. Today i asked for ranch as my dipping sauce and they gave me blue cheese. I asked for my chicken tenders to be sauced in lemon pepper and i got them plain. It is not that hard to read off of an order and do your job. and i by the time i realize this i’m already at home.

Delicious chicken tenders! Tender white meat with a flavorful crunchy breading. Served with crinkle fries and a delicious Texas-style toast. They also have great fresh tea and lemonade.

I absolutely love this establishment. Whether you get the sandwiches or tenders either way it’s fantastic. I highly recommend getting them “sauced” as you cannot go wrong. I also recommend you get their lemonade as it’s one of the best lemonades I’ve ever tried. Traffic in the area can be bad sometimes but well worth it.
