When I came into huddle house this morning 3 employees were working & not 1 felt the need to acknowledge me. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes while they stood directly in my face talking to each other but never once saying anything to me. After about 5 minutes someone told me they would be with me shortly. Never asked if I needed to be seated or anything. I ended up leaving but decided to see if there was an unknown issue I didn’t know about. I asked the assistant manager “before i write a bad review is there a reason why I wasn’t acknowledged as a patron when I entered. In customer service you speak to everyone who walks through the door to let them know they are seen & will be attended to.” The assistant manager told me she was not a waitress & was not going to stop servicing others to accommodate me. I was trying to explain that wasn’t the issue. Her energy, posture, & tone were very aggressive & she kept cutting me off. She told me to leave, which I promptly did. I would not recommend anyone eat there.

I dropped the blind where I was going to sit. The waitress came over and asked me what I would like to drink I said, coffee and water. Everything should have been great except the table (booth) in front of where I set was dirty (the whole time I was there). Dead fly on windowsill. Ordered the Chuck steak with mushrooms and brown gravy (added onion), mashed potatoes with side salad. What I ended up with was Chuck Steak white gravy mashed potatoes. (Several times the waitress and cook said they were out of items. So, I ended up not getting what I ordered. Had to pay for the meal that I did not receive all the side items and excuses for not having items . However, I was told that the truck delivered on Tuesday. Wait time from order was 35 minutes.

I try not to write bad reviews but this time I have to. We arrived a few minutes after 9 am. There were only 2 employees, a waitress and a cook. On the booth seat was covered in something sticky. Some time after we placed our order we were told they were out of hashbrowns and the manager was picking them up. Later I see the manager (Destiny) who had brought the needed item. Unfortunately, she was not helping catch up the very behind kitchen. She was just standing in the back room not helping her employees. She avoided a phone call from someone but didn’t help.

Table was stinky. Took 50 min to get food.(ended up leaving and not getting any food) Waitress staff said if we wanted better we should have cooked at home. Will never go back!!!! Didn’t have bacon or straws but other table had bacon. Worst customer services place needs to be shut down. Floors had broken eggs all over it.

I just can’t. Stopped in for a meal at 11a. Traveling. 3 people. 15 tables. Took over an hour for quick cook food. Fruit bowl. Awful. They would have replaced it with something fried. I am eating healthier. Cooks. All cooks. Get new cooks. I am surprised there are any wait staff at all. She tried to warn me. There were 5 tables before us. Won’t even speak of cleanliness and sanitation.

Order food on the mobile app , was finished in a timely matter. Food was good , got the MVP platter everything was cooked throughly and was still hot when I got to work , packed proper condiments . Would go again.

The level of attention to customer service has really fallen off. It needs to be addressed in the worst way. Making a customer feel welcome goes a long way with me. The cook was pleasant. Giving a tip is a loss pleasure that we don’t have anymore. It’s more a demanded part of dining, further diminishing the dining experience.

It is just a wonderful place to eat! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! You don’t even have to get up from your seat for anything because the waiter asks you what you want and gets it for you! The food is so good and has that down-home, southern flavor like at a cafe or bistro! I enjoyed myself and plan to go back again real soon!

Ordered two biscuit sandwiches and our order was wrong. Took over an hour. Servers complained to me when I walked in the door because they thought I was an uber driver who neglected an order, when I was only there to get an order for myself. Our food sat in the counter for 30 minutes and was cold before they told me it was ready. Never going to this place again
