We ordered on the app, and hit directions to restaurant and it took us all the way Fairview heights, we called the restaurant and explained that their app took us 20 minutes away, we asked if they would please remake the order so that by the time we get back it’s not all cold. The lady was rude and argued that it’ll be fine, then went and “talked to the manager” at which point she said fine they’ll remake it. When we pick it up after some issue with them forgetting drinks. We get home, everything had just been microwaved then left sitting on the front counter, it was not remade, just reheated, the pancakes were burnt the toast hadn’t been cooked, it was just buttered bread. Start to finish this was absolutely awful and the service made it all that much worse. They were Rude, They did a poor job in both service and making the food. There are plenty of better options in the area if this is how they treat you.

My food took a while to get to me but it was probably one of the better huddle houses I’ve been to. They were busy but still making their food look better than some places I’ve been to when it’s slow haha. Had a small issue and she corrected it right away.

Traveling from Georgia and we decided to stop and eat at Huddle House. Our waitress was Amie. Hands down, the best waitress we have met on our trip! Made us laugh and got our order correct. Never had to call her. She came right on time every time! Completely loved her and the atmosphere there! Super clean place also!!

I am from Texas visiting family here. Stopped at Huddle House for breakfast on our way back to the airport. I want to say the restaurant was very clean, the staff was amazing. Our waitress was Amie. She was so nice and friendly, so bubbly. Kept our drinks full and met all our needs. She’s the waitress you wish you had every time. The food was excellent and quick. I will stop by every time I come visit

Been craving HH for sometime and was afforded an opportunity this morning. Ordered the golden waffle platter. Was greatly appreciative that my soft scrambled eggs were made right (thank you). Each bite with a blend of egg, waffle and turkey sausage was delicious. Kylie and crew took care of me, also greatly appreciated. ☺️

I was just traveling through and decided I was hungry. I sat down at this little diner, and I gotta say it was the best service I received anywhere. My servers name is Jaylin. She seems really sweet and had a great attitude!! She checked on the a lot to make sure I was comfortable!! I ordered the western omelet!! Everything was brought to me with a smile!!
