The waitress was very pleasant and right on with taking out order. She treated us as if she had known us for years, it is always nice when they talk and laugh with you. The food was hot and fresh, the guys in the prep area were all nice as well. When they brought out our food they talked and was friendly with us. Over all this morning it was most enjoyable, I look forward to my next meal there.

The food is good as is the service. The people who work there are good folks. The last time I was there,about 2 weeks ago the air conditioning was not working and it was too hot to enjoy a meal. The owner needs to step up and keep the place up or it will not last.

Great food and great service. Sometimes a bit of a wait with a full restaurant, but always amazing service. Have been a regular here for years. Sad to see that management keeps changing hands so quickly, and the employees seem to be short lived. However the new manager(previous assistant manager)seems to care a lot, and has more compassion and motivation than any of the late management. My understanding is the previous management, several of them anyway, have quit due to money issues. The current manager doesn’t seem to be bothered by the financial side, but genuinely cares about her customers and employees. I don’t know the details of previous management, only what I have heard from them in passing, but I do hope the owner, and corporate, continue to take care of Mrs. Shari. Congratulations to her on the promotion, and I am genuinely excited to see how far she and her husband go to turn this location around!

The food is awesome and the staff and current manager, Mrs Shari, are even more amazing. It’s sad to see how they are treated by the owner and the district manager. 95° in the lobby, much less the kitchen? That’s just cruel of the owner to allow the staff and customers to be subjected to such extreme temperatures while doing their absolute best to provide excellent service. So, in summation, the staff and service are absolutely wonderful and deserve much better treatment in the workplace! Get their HVAC unit fixed and pay them properly and I bet business will improve exponentially!

Food was great as usual, server had to come back to verify our orders after taking them, never came back to check on us. Never got refills for our drinks, despite the table next to us getting 3 refills..(they walked in 5-10min after us)….she just look at us and walked away each time….so we just sat waiting for our check…another server walked to tell her about the check, she looked at us and continued to stand there and eventually i ended up having to get up myself to get to go containers from another server. A few more minutes, she was still standing there….so my husband ended up just walking to front and had someone else get our check to check out. Other than that, food was fantastic! Not sure what the issue was with the server pucking and choosing who she checked up on…. 🙁

Been waiting almost an hour, still haven’t gotten the food I ordered. It doesn’t take an hour to cook a waffle, 3 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs. No refill, no service, barely found a booth that wasn’t littered with stuff. Never this huddle house again, ever.

While I had no complaint with the food or service, the place appeared to be falling apart. The back door of the dining room was propped open and there were two portable fans on because the AC was not working. The ice machine was also broken. Both ceiling fans were broken. One of the stools at the counter had no back-broke about a year ago. Also, weeds were grown up where grass should be around the parking lot. At first wasn’t sure the place was even open!

For some dumb reason or another, I thought this was a waffle house until I went to turn in, then decided what the hay, I’ll try it anyway. The food was good, never been to any other huddle house, so can’t say how it compares. The tables and restroom were clean, parking lot could use a fix where you turn in, but that’s probably someone else’s problem. The server (Shari) was fantastic! She’s funny and sweet, often checked my table to make sure needs were met. The staff seemed to enjoy working together, so the atmosphere was lighthearted and entertaining. Will definitely be back!
