Worst experience I have had there. Our waitress apparently gets paid more for standing around talking than waitressing. She spent many minutes sitting at table talking instead of doing her job. No she wasn’t on break. As one person left the restaurant she followed them out to continue talking. They had been a visitor not a customer. I had to loudly request a coffee refill after the cup had sat at the end of the table for 10 plus minutes. No they weren’t busy. It was a sad visit. No I’m not a “Karen”. But I do like to be served properly.

Don’t know where to begin. Parking lot trashy, Bins overflowing. Staff nice but dressed like they just left an AA meeting. Goodwill has nice clothes you can throw away after wearing to work or donate to your local animal shelter… Along with the ones you were wearing today. Next waited over half an hour for my order, had to correct twice and they still got it wrong. People don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself…see pics. They cooked the eggs before the bacon and hash browns and eggs just sat there waiting …they forgot the pancake and by the time I got my order everything was cold. People had eaten and left whilst I waited. This was a MVP breakfast. They need to get it together they look like gerbils running around doing nothing. OH and in the middle of my order they changed shift cooks. Never again

I usually eat late at night. The restaurant always smells like lemons when I come in and my favorite cook, Ms. Melissa always greets me with a big smile. She’s learned what I like and usually starts throwing my order on the grill before my waitress even brings my drink. I love it! I feel like VIP when dining here – I will definitely recommend to others!

This review is based off multiple occasions. There is always something they are out of when you order here for example no napkins for customers so the waitress is literally taking a roll of brown paper towels from table to table while also having to use them for herself, either they have to go cups but no lids or no regular cups at all and had to get 2 small cups for my drink. We ordered Mac n cheese and it was literally just cheese sauce with 4 noodles and they still had the audacity to serve it to us. Day shift manager locks up everything before they leave so night shift hardly ever has any food in stock. The place is full of flies, booths are disgusting and floors haven’t been mopped in forever. They really just need to remodel the place and get better workers.

It was pretty busy when we got there and we were told it might be a bit of a wait, but we actually got our food pretty fast. The cheese sticks here are the best & the cook Melissa makes funny faces on our waffles. We were very happy and will definitely return to the Monroeville location

I will never in my life return to this huddle house. Look what I got for $5 and it wasn’t even good! They are shrinking their sizes In everything. Got the nerves to charge 49 cents for takeout. I was overcharged a little as well. I wish I could leave 0 stars!

Every time we visit this place they are out of something unfortunately it’s the only place open at night.I feel sorry for the waitresses that have to explain that to the customers everyday there’s a long list on a fridge of what is missing. must be a management problem of ordering food for the week …”peanut butter no Jelly”

It was HORRIBLE the food had hair in it what wasn’t burnt was cold the eggs were even green tinted!!..the waffles and pancake were burnt..the cook had nasty unwashed dreadlocks and NO HAIR NET!! The other cook looked like he hadn’t bathed in a year..he came out at the end of our dining experience
