We love the huddle house. The service is good and the male cook who is there, I believe his name is Allen, tries his very best to get everything perfect and it’s very evident to the customers. I apologize if that is not his name but we really appreciate him. Breakfast is always good and tasty in our opinion beats any Waffle House or most of the time Denny’s.

They NEVER NEVER answer the phone so to place a to go order you have to physically go there. They always say it’s because they’re busy but I can look out my window and only see 2 cars in the parking lot. If the staff can’t handle 2 cars of customers then the Huddle House needs new staff. The food is always messed up when you get it, and the place is always unclean. When we 1st moved to Hartselle 10 yrs ago we ate here at least 3 times a day now I’m usually good if I eat something from there 1 time a month. Noone cares about their work ethics over there anymore.

Waitress was not very attentative , and I was the only customer. Food was good , but prices are too high compared to other similar restaurants. I’ve gotten more for less at a competitor. They still have China bug partitions up , and they look very tacky. They definitely take away from the atmosphere.

The waitress that took my order, was such a sweetheart! I took my food to go, but she still made me feel like I was staying at one of her tables. So sweet! Food was great, I ordered the stuffed hash rows with sausage, bacon topped with gravy. So filling!
